The hotel staff's response is too poor This is a hotel reservation for customers on a business trip to our company, but if they don't answer the phone, they hang up in the middle. It's not a 5-star hotel service. I'm very disappointed

My water would not stay hot for longer than a few seconds. The hallways smelled bad. The staff was loud and slow while cleaning rooms and inconsiderate of guests in the rooms. In addition, be aware if you book through ******* that they might not see this and have to charge you again.

the hallway had a terrible smell. my bedsheets were dirty. Food was good and tasty.

Was a good hotel. Big and lot of amenities! Food was excellent- convenient location. Will recommend to stay!

Run down rooms Bored staff

Ok hotel, but it does not justify the 5 star price: furniture is dated, no hot water in my room for 2 days, carpet was not vacuumed prior to move in, card activation of room electricity did not work, lots of bored staff in restaurant not attending tables…. All was attended to with a lot of fuss, but AFTER it was pointed out.

Good location, friendly staff. Everything was excellent except the aircon in my room that didn't go below 21.5 degrees. But I never complained so it wasn't fixed. The hotel even gave me a change for the currency whenever needed. Uber pickup is right outside the main door, so was very convenient. All big malls are right next door.
