The concierges were great! The parking area was clean; seemed fairly safe… pretty well lit. The rooms were dirty: rugs were disgusting - need to be shampooed; bathroom was gross - dirty floors, toilet paper in toilet when we got into the room. I’m glad I didn’t have a black light to check the comforter and sheets… we just hoped for the best. We ordered food to our room - tasteless, lukewarm, and overpriced for how poorly and thoughtlessly it was prepared.
Very disappointed- would not recommend.

This hotel was in an excellent location for our mini vacation. Nacrina was at the front desk and made us feel right at home! She made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. The room and bed were so comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was huge! We will definitely be staying here again.

Love staying at the Marriott Residence Inns. Always clean and having a full kitchen makes eating out an option, not a necessity.

I booked for my daughter’s birthday. I arrived & the room wasn’t ready yet. We wait about an hour which was frustrating but they did offer us free room service for there delay. Once getting in the room, housekeeping rushed the process because the previous bookers food was left in fridge, there was no towels, no ice tray, remotes were gone, floor had water everywhere from shower & there was no soap at all. I’m never a picky person but due to my plans it put a big delay in everything.
