- El hotel tiene un estilo único de arquitectura exótica y está todo hecho en una cueva. - Es una buena experiencia una vez en la vida intentar dormir en una cueva. Especialmente si tienes niños o estás en luna de miel. Aunque viajaba sola, me encanta. - El primer día estaba un poco asustado, mi habitación era la número (1), que es la cueva más antigua y grande y ancha para una persona. Después de conocerlo se remonta a hace más de 11.000 años. Sentí que dormía dentro de la historia. - El hotel es un hotel de negocios familiar, conocí a las agradables chicas Sarah en la clase de cocina y a Shaimaa, la dulce chica de la recepción. - Todos aquí son muy amables y atentos, pueden comunic**** en inglés con los empleados más jóvenes. Pero todos son extremadamente útiles. - El hotel puede organizar el servicio de recogida y regreso, así como un taxi privado para transportarlo a cualquier lugar. - Ubicación: está alrededor (a 19 minutos de la ciudad de Goreme). Shaimaa ayudó mucho. - Reservé tours y baño turco desde el hotel. También gestionan mi transporte a la mayoría de los lugares que visito. - Desayuno: Toda la comida es orgánica y fresca de su finca. El buffet del hotel tiene una amplia variedad de aceitunas que se deshacen en la boca. Venden tomates caseros para cocinar y varios tipos de James. - Clase de cocina: si le gusta interactuar con turistas y aprender sobre la comida turca para llevársela a su país, ese es el lugar adecuado para ir, incluso si no se hospedará en el hotel debido a reservas excesivas. The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

La hospitalidad puede ser un punto de referencia en un hotel de cinco estrellas. Estaba aquí la primera noche de nuestro viaje. Pero después de quedarse, no es sólo la ubicación, todo está tan bien! La noche que llegamos tuvimos la cena. para sólo 300 monedas locales, se le da unos pocos platos: un set de carne, salada, vacas enteras, sopa y dessert, y ravioli. (sufficient to feed 3 people while it's just the two or us). The breakfast is also amazing with fabulous view. El hotel está cerca de un centro comercial y un supermercado. Yo recomendaría que alguien viniera aquí.

Kuzenimin Bride Parti organizasyonu bu mekanda kutladik, herşey çok güzel ve dört dörtlüktü, mekan çok ferah ve genişti rahatlikla 25-30 kişi kutlaya bilir, isteyen oynayip dans edebilirde, masa düzeni ve servis çok iyidi bütün elemanlar çok ilgiliydi servislerinde hiç bir kusur yoktu, isterseniz teras bölümünde kullana bilirsiniz, ayriyeten manzarasida çok muhteşem

La experiencia fue sorprendente. Al llegar se nos ofrecieron refrescos. Elif, Feyzo y Yigit fueron todos muy útiles. amigable y amable. Elif arregló nuestras habitaciones y comprobó todo antes de darnos las llaves. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y bien equipadas. La ubicación es perfecta. Sólo a 5 minutos a pie del centro principal donde se encuentran todos los restaurantes, tiendas, agentes de viajes y máquinas de caja, etc. La vista de arriba del techo es muy bonita. La hierba principal tiene muchos sofás y sillas relajadas para sentarse en el sol. No hay molestias del tráfico principal. El desayuno era realmente bueno. Todo fresco y saboroso. Me encantaría volver a utilizar su servicio. Altamente recomiendo.

Situación perfecta en el centro de Göreme. Nos hemos quedado 3 días y alquilado un coche no hemos disfrutar de las excursiones que propone el hotel. Desde la terraza común se pueden ver los mongolfieres a las primeras horas de la mañana, y si quieren tener una mejor vista, sólo 7 minutos a pie se puede llegar al ”punto de montaje del sol”.

La mejor experiencia que pudimos tener fue llegar a este maravilloso hotel, nos sentimos como en casa, es hermoso!!! Demasiado amables, serviciales, las instalaciones impecables, las habitaciones amplias y hay habitaciones para familias grandes, en mi caso éramos 5 y nos dieron una habitación con 2 ambientes… el baño impecables y mantenido… los desayunos abundantes y deliciosos.. el personal siempre atento a nuestras solicitudes.. mi esposo sufre de dolores fuertes de cabeza y se encargaron de buscarle el medicamento inmediatamente… No se les escapó ni un detalle… volveríamos sin pensarlo, la experiencia es de repetir.. gracias a la gran familia de Rupestral house por hacernos sentir como en casa.. recomendado 100%

Uçhisarın en güzel lokasyonlarından birinde bulunan otel manzarası ile bizi bizden aldı kesinlikle tavsiye ederim ayaklarımızın altında adeta peribacası denizi var ve sabah otelimizden balonları çok rahat izledik 🙏☺️ Fatih bey ve eşi çok cana yakın yardım sever bizi otelde değil de sanki evimizde gibi hissettirdiler .
