Crowne Plaza Cappadocia is a business hotel conveniently located with a shopping mall and conveniently located near many local places. There is a starbuck within its premises. However, the room is the smallest among most of the hotels we have stayed in Turkiy so far. Hardly had room to put 2 luggages for a couple. Neverthless, it has all the amenities and facilities of a typical business hotel and would be a good choice for a business trip. Do note that besides the hotel manager, most of the staff could not speak much english. Good to have google translate with you when you approach the hotel staff.

My wife and I just returned home after spending a wonderful week at the Cappadocia Cave Lodge. The hotel has an excellent position, high on the hillside in Göreme; perfect for viewing the stunning local scenery and the early morning balloons. As other reviewers suggested, reaching it by car is a bit chaotic, but added to the experience and we never failed to find a parking spot close by. It's the same for all the hotels in this crowded little town. From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been more helpful, always on hand to suggest places to visit, organise tours, give local knowledge etc. There was quite a nice family feel to it. Our room was great, really giving us the cave experience we wanted. It was well appointed (although some drawers for our clothes would've been nice and a few extra coat hangers in the wardrobe!), very clean and everything worked. The hot tub was huge! The room really was something different (in a good way!) and positively contributed to our holiday. We picked this hotel based on other reviews and have no hesitation in recommending it too. You won't be disappointed!

El mejor albergue que he estado en! Y he estado en muchos. El albergue es pequeño y tiene un agradable sentimiento familiar. El equipo es muy amable y te saluda en su familia junto con los perros Hector y Critan! El desayuno está incluido y incluye varios cursos o platos cocidos en casa, calientes y fríos, con un menú fresco cada día. Se le da regularmente la bienvenida con snacks de fruta o dulces cocinados en casa si toma algún tiempo para disfrutar de la terraza de techo y vistas espectaculares sobre Goreme. El hotel está situado en las principales calles de Goreme y a pie de la estación de autobuses local. El hotel está situado en una gran cueva donde se le pide que se mantenga silencioso y respetuoso. En general, este es un albergue fantástico y podría haber pasado felizmente mi vacación en el hotel. Kamelye es un absoluto requisito cuando visita Cappadocia! ¡Están disponibles habitaciones privadas!

Hotel agradable y limpio, aparcamiento gratuito fuera. La ubicación era muy buena como nos encontramos cerca del castillo de Uchisar. Conexión Wi-Fi desde la habitación podría haber sido mejor. ¡El servicio de Tofiq era genial que nos cuidara bien y nos ayudó a conseguir mucho con el balón de aire caliente!

Fuimos a este hotel 4 noches. Aunque está alejado de la zona donde están los comercios, la experiencia fue muy buena con ellos. Súper recomendable hacer el baño turco y masajes con ellos, ¡es genial! La comida muy exquisita.

The room was perfect, The breakfast was excellent! But they let us down. We booked our hot air balloon ride through (get your guide )5 months before we flew to Cappadocia because it’s for my 54th Birthday. When we just arrived she ( Rabiss I think her name) kept on asking several times about our balloon ride which I have told her that everything was already in placed. We arrived September 28 and she approached us on the 30th our balloon ride. She said that the balloon ride, they cancel a day before and if we booked through them, they could update us anytime which it makes sense. My mistake was , I should have contacted the number that Get your guide provided because the address of the Company was in Göreme . Anyway, we cancelled and after 30 minutes she came to us and said that it’s already booked for October 3. I asked her the contact number of the company where she booked however no response from her. The following day October 2 , we were about to checkout because we were moving to Göreme for my Birthday. The manager / owner at first was hesitant to give the number. I said that it’s early morning and incase that there’s a problem then we could contact them directly but he said no problem just contact us and I will contact them which we didn’t agree. So at the end he gave his number. I contacted the number and I was surprised he didn’t know about the booking that I was telling so at the end I was the one who sorted out. I told to the manager that there was no any booking. The available date was October 5 and 6. The reason why the 3rd and 4th of October wasn’t available because the passengers of booking of September 30 and October 1 was cancelled because of the weather so they cancelled October 2 and 3 bookings and allocated the people of September 30 and October 1 which I didn’t believe. Those who were cancelled will be either fully refund or book when it’s convenient for them not to cancel the present booking. We didn’t have an alternative but to book the available date because I checked in get your guide and viator, there was no available from October 3 to 6. When we left, the manager and Rabiss never apologise. Rabiss was avoiding the topic even they were the one who put our luggage in the car. Another issue was better to book the tours like the Dervish and Turkish night through get your guide because free pick up and drop. The price that they quoted was same price with get your guide but transport not included in the price from the hotel. However , when Rabiss said to us that all included so we went ahead. But then when the driver dropped us in the hotel after the the show , we paid 1000 Turkish Lira ( 34 euros). We didn’t ask the manager why we had to pay but we presumed that it will be deducted from the final payment of the said booking. When we check out , we found out that the taxi was not part of it. So my recommendation or suggestion is to make clear and if possible black and white. We booked the hotel through booking.c

El diseño del Millstone Hotel es una mezcla de cueva y estilo moderno. Las habitaciones son grandes y ordenadas. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Como cogemos el avión, hacemos el check-out a las 7 de la mañana. No podemos desayunar. El hotel nos preparó sándwiches y frutas temprano en la mañana. Comer en el coche, muy íntimo. La próxima vez que venga a Capadocia, sin duda me alojaré aquí de nuevo.

Personal muy agradable y buenas vistas del comedor y de las habitaciones. Sin embargo, no tiene todo el encanto de la cueva. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y la cama está bien. Aunque los guías hablan en tono alto cuando recogen a los grupos que van a realizar la visita en globo, lo que molesta mucho a los que no lo tienen previsto para ese día. En cuanto al cuarto de baño destacaría la elevada altura de la bañera, que le dificulta el acceso. Baja calidad del desayuno y la cena. Tipo buffet, podría mejorar bastante, aunque la miel merece un comentario positivo. No repetiríamos.

También fui a Capadocia, un hotel hermoso, y fui con mi familia, y fue hermoso, con mis invitados, con mis visitas, con mis visitas, con mis actividades... ..hay muchas habitaciones muy limpias y calientes... ..y con mi familia y amigos... ..y le aconsejo a todos que se dirigieran a un lugar hermoso.
