Stayed as part of bike tour in July 2023. Somewhat dated and not pro guest in terms of service. Indeed the member of staff on reception when we arrived bordered on hostile. Perhaps doing well enough in the absence of local competition but would advise staying here unless no other better options nearby.

A family run hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed three times, now. A wide variety of items for breakfast and always being replenished (accompanied by some great music in the background). The staff can guide you on local attractions and very near the town center, local lakes and country walks, a short walk to the bus and train station, for great adventures. Great grounds also to explore. We will return again; in fact, it is booked.

Nice and welcoming hotel in a neoclassical building from 1820 with very elegant Biedermeyer furniture. The rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent, the staff is polite, very helpful and sociable. In the two elegant Biedermeyer dining rooms you can enjoy an excellent breakfast accompanied by Mozart music. There is also a beautiful garden where you can relax in absolute tranquility and the location is good, near the town center.

Bin nun zum fünften Mal in diesem privat geführten Hotel abgestiegen. Es ist immer wieder schön hier, gemütlich, private Atmosphäre, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und angenehme Preise. In Neustrelitz für mich die erste Wahl, zentral gelegen, man kann alles bequem erreichen. Ich kann es empfehlen und werde wiederkommen.

Sauber, gemütlich, ruhig, stilvoll mit schönem Garten im Hof, reichhaltigem Frühstück (Bioeier), freundliches und angenehm zurückhaltendes Personal, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top! Ich war allein unterwegs und habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Das Hotel Schlossgarten ist ein echtes Kleinod, gemütlich und mit vielen interessanten Dingen ausgestattet. Der Aufenthalt lohnt sich, zumal das Hotelpersonal extrem freundlich ist.

Empfehlenswertes kleines, ruhiges Hotel in zentraler Lage von Neustrelitz. Sehr saubere Zimmer mit rückenfreundlichen Betten. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich. Der Service ist sehr bemüht, effizient und freundlich; hervorzuheben sind hier besonders die beiden Hotelinhaber. Ein echtes Highlight ist der schöne Garten, in dem man Abends gerne noch ein Gläschen Wein zu sich nimmt. Fahrradtouristen können ihre Drahtesel sicher in der Garage abstellen. Fazit: Ein Hotel, das man gerne wieder bucht.

Wir haben hier einmal mit Frühstück übernachtet. Ein wunderschönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Sehr schöne Zimmer und ein tolles Ambiente. Auch beim Frühstück gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte: die Brötchen waren lediglich aufgebacken und das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Nachts war es teilweise etwas laut. Aber dafür sollte man keinen Punkt abziehen ☺️
