I honestly don’t know where to start because everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. Check-in was quick, smooth, and friendly, and throughout our entire holiday the staff always greeted us with a smile. You can tell that the hotel is very well managed and that there is a strong focus on guest satisfaction. One thing that really stood out was the international management team. It was refreshing to see experienced foreign directors and managers who were always visible around the hotel, talking to guests, checking that everything was running smoothly, and making sure everyone was having a good time. It’s not often you see management so involved in the daily operation. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to listen made a huge difference. Whenever there was a question or a small request, it was handled quickly and with genuine care. The food deserves a special mention because it was absolutely fantastic. We’ve stayed in many all inclusive hotels over the years, and the variety and quality here were among the best we’ve experienced. Every meal offered plenty of options, from fresh salads and local specialties to international dishes, grilled meats, seafood, and delicious desserts. Even after several days, there was always something new to try. The hotel itself was spotless. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the rooms were comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Public areas, gardens, pools, and common spaces were always clean and looked beautiful. Speaking of the pools, they were fantastic. Plenty of sunbeds, clean water, and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you wanted to enjoy family activities or simply unwind with a drink. What really makes this hotel special, though, is the people. Every member of staff, from reception to housekeeping, from restaurant employees to bartenders, seemed genuinely interested in making guests happy. That positive atmosphere can only come from good leadership, and it was clear throughout our stay. We met guests who had returned multiple times, and after spending our holiday here, we completely understand why. This is the kind of hotel that makes you feel relaxed from day one and leaves you with great memories when it’s time to go home. A huge thank you to the entire team, especially the management, for creating such a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable environment. We had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family. We are already thinking about coming back next year! "We love location of this hotel. The rooms with sea view have the sandy beach below and you can hear the waves all through the night. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. We had a Turkish cleaner who was brilliant. Rooms very clean. Receptionists can be aloof but it could be down to a language barrier. Overall the hotel could do with better maintenance in the room."

"As the sports team doctor traveling with a group of children, I have never encountered such unacceptable conditions at a hotel. Be prepared to experience truly miserable accommodation. The room was tiny despite being sold as a triple room. One of the beds was as hard as a wooden board and so uneven that you could easily wake up needing a chiropractor. The soap dispensers were almost empty from the very first day and were never refilled during our entire stay. Despite the amount of sand constantly accumulating in the room, it was obvious that nobody vacuumed for the entire seven days. The toilet cistern was defective and kept refilling all night long, producing an unbearable noise that made proper sleep impossible. The neighboring room was occupied by adults who played loud music until 2 a.m. every night. Every single morning, starting around 5 a.m., we were awakened by the sound of people vomiting. The hotel was fully aware that we were traveling with young children, yet they still chose to place us next to guests who clearly had no respect for other visitors. The dining area was filthy. Tables were dirty, hygiene standards were poor, and the staff constantly slammed plates and glasses while guests were eating, almost as if they enjoyed creating an unpleasant atmosphere. The food was excessively salty and greasy, and even the fruit was served dirty. Smoking was allowed on the restaurant terrace right next to children while they were eating. It is difficult to understand why the hotel does not provide properly separated smoking areas instead of exposing children to second-hand smoke. What was even more shocking was hearing members of the staff making body-shaming comments toward guests, essentially implying that people would “eat and become full of cellulite.” Such behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable in any hospitality establishment. The swimming pool had only a single row of umbrellas, meaning that unless you arrived extremely early, children were forced to stay under direct sun. As the physician responsible for the children in our sports team, I must also point out that several of the children developed diarrhea during our stay, which was an additional serious concern from a medical perspective. The only genuinely positive aspect of this hotel was the animation team. They were friendly, energetic, genuinely engaged with the guests, and always smiling. Their professionalism stood in stark contrast to the attitude of the rest of the staff, who consistently appeared annoyed and dissatisfied. This is, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not to families or sports teams traveling with children, and we will certainly never return."

"I came here as a family of 6 and we loved it. Initially thought we had booked sunny beach but was so glad we hadn't when we saw it as Obzor is so much nicer. The girls could wonder about without us being worried about them. The place is kept spotless, there's a couple of really cute kittens wondering about, the bar staff are lovely. The food was lovely too, loads of choice and I've came home a fatty! The beach is gorgeous, also spotless"

"All is good. Mattress is firm, shower is good and hot. Buffet breakfast is a big disappointment as the food is not tasty and way too salty, esp the fried mushroom, and coffee bland. Soup was tasty, but no spoon available, and how one is to take the soup?"

"Nice hotel,clean, friendly staff and food was of good quality at first but limited at the end of the trip. Needs a separate bar area away from reception, no entertainment at all. Nothing to do if the weather is bad, had 2 storms while we were there so spent most of the day in the room. Areas would not be sufficient if the hotel was full. Would not take children , i feel its an adult only hotel."
Ivana Palace Hotel - Free Parking
"Check-in was friendly and swift, Entering the room I put the key in the slot for electricity. The room itself was large with 2 single beds a small sofa which doubles as a small bed, a tv and a fridge (the fridge I had had a broken door inside but it still worked) plus there was plenty shelves and hanging space for clothes. Not that many sockets and only one close to a bed. Just to make people aware there is no tea/coffee making facilities but you can hire a kettle. The bathroom area is decent size, the bath itself is deep which some people may find difficult to access. The bath could do with a slip mat. There is a decent size balcony but no privacy with your neighbours. In reception area there is a shop, a seating area, another seating area with a games console and the bar with a few tables. A big breakfast/dining room which has the usual breakfast items cold meats, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, toaster, cerea, hot food area plus tea, coffee and juices. Breakfast food was fine, tasty though not always hot. Changed a little day to day. Outside is a children's pool and adults pool, though it would've been too cold at the beginning of May. The hotel itself is about a 10min walk to the beach and a 20min walk to Flower St. At the end of the road there is a bus stop which will take you as far as Nessebar going past Flower St. Cross the road to go in the opposite direction. The bus was 1€ per person per journey. Ivana palace is away from the busier area of Flower St so much quieter, although I didn't go to any aquaparks there ae loads in Sunny beach. I'd definitely book Ivana palace again just maybe a different month. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful"

"Pésimo hotel, la cadena Hyatt no se como permite que esta gente de Terra Tour Service manche el nombre de SECRETS con este hotel (que no llega ni a pensión). Lo digo porque he estado hace tres meses en el Dreams Dominicus La Romana y nada que ver, eso si que es un hotel de Hyatt no este Motel de Carretera Es como si a la carrocería de un Mercedes le pones el motor de un coche viejo y no pasa ni de 25 km/hora Pagamos un Prefered y no vale la pena, si que tienen sitios diferenciados pero no lo controlan y lo único un Lounge que huele a humedad y te dan lo mismo en el Bar de enfrente, primer timo. Reclamamos nuestra bolsa de la playa y que no quedaban, así nos hemos quedado, sin solución Llegas al hotel, en teoría de 5 estrellas y nadie te acompaña a la habitación A parte del bufete, tiene 2 restaurantes, uno italiano y otro de pescado, abren tres días cada uno y el domingo….. FIESTA!! No abre ninguno. Aparte, suerte si te reservan!!! Y encima están vacíos, me da a mi que pocas ganas de trabajar El bufete…. Para llorar, llevaba décadas sin ver algo tan malo y repetitivo. Comida malísima, hacen la comida y la acumulan con lo que las cosas se quedan aplastadas…. Lo peor de todo es que lo mismo para desayunar, comer y cenar…. Los empleados del hotel ha sido de lo peor, suerte si te dicen buenos días y no los he visto sonreír en toda la semana El Manager un impresentable, le he escrito 2 mails y sin contestar, ojalá te despidan por poco profesional. Sinceramente, si buscáis la calidad del Secrets este no es representativo de la cadena, viajar a otro destino Os doy un consejo, sonreír no cuesta nada y lo valoran mucho los clientes"

"Admiral Plaza, Sunny Beach Bulgaria We have no good words about that. After a long journey that started with delay ... When arrived at the hotel, we quickly became clear that this hotel is no longer comparable to the brochure ... very bad beds. In the night, you have to get up several times to re-assemble the sleeping/bedroom. Gore matraces and beds. Breakfast not to eat, dirty and fat food. The swimming pool is very dirty water troublesome, fungus in the cousins of the beds, defect parasols and grills around the pool defect and full of fungus. Enormely much congestion of young people who are hard to play their own music. Our 11-year-old daughter was offered by the hotel staff a welcome shoot with alcohol. The tour guide understands our complaints and confirms that the hotel is no longer as it is offered in the brochure. The receptionist was angry with us that we were not satisfied and had reported this to the receptionist. After 2 sleepless nights with a child we could move by taxi to another hotel. This has naturally cost us extra money. It is a huge ball that we lost 2 days of our holiday. Fortunately, this hotel was clean and we have still enjoyed our holiday for 6 days. Photos say more than 1000 words We want to thank the tour guide of Corendon for the good concerns."

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the cakes which were exceptional every day. "There was no playground, no animation for children during the day (only minidisco in the evenving) and the „mini club” is just a room with toys for children below 3. „Ultra all inclusive” is poorer than all inclusive in other 4* hotels. Almost all dishes are fried. Budget fish and meat meals (fried herring like fish with many bones, fried sausage, fried minced meat, fried chicken drumsticks all the time). Hotel restaurant was full of smoke from frying and the terrace was full of cigerate smoke. The room was modest but ok. We had a nice view. In the bathroom we had bath tub but no bath tub stopper. We asked for it the receptionist and he said that the hotel doesn't have such equipement."

"Un resort muy completo con algunas fallas las instalaciones la ubicacion cerca del mar y cerca de Nessebar son ideales el programa all inclusive en lo referente a comidas es excelente en cuanto a bebidas te informan al ingreso que algunas bebidas importadas están incluidas pero solo aparecen si hay propinas la nacionales (bulgaras) son en general de calidad media las instalaciones son muy buenas y las habitaciones excelentes pero el servicio de reposteros en playa te cobran aparte otro inconveniente es la presencia de infinidad de chicos de delegaciones deportivas los cuales aunque educados son bastantes ruidosos por último el personal de conserjería es bastante hosco"
