Management at the heart of making it a memorable stay, unlike other holidays where you would hardly ever see any managers for me the GM by the name of Thura exceeded my expectations. Me alojé aquí para recuperarme de mis largos vuelos. Lugar muy cómodo, pero un poco difícil de encontrar desde la carretera. No está exactamente cerca de nada que le interese a un turista, sin embargo, el transporte es barato y puede llegar a los lugares agradables de Negombo oa los centros de transporte con mucha facilidad.

Seguramente este hotel en su día fue bueno, pero no te fíes de la fotos que publican, ni de las opiniones de los viajeros, la realidades muy diferente , a peor- Si quieres que un hotel funcione y se mantenga bien o contratas a un director Español o de Europa o en unos años el buen hotel se va al traste. Y en mi opinión, calidad precio son caros. El hotel se encuentra , como todo los hoteles en Sri Lanka, alejados de las cuidados y pueblos, mejor es no pasear,,,,. Se encuentra rodeado de agua, un rio y cabañas sobre el, bastante mal mantenidas, todo lleno de arboles, plantas ,flores, jardines, hay que reconocer que el lugar es maravilloso, si buscas paz y tranquilidad, una estupenda piscina y la playa al lado ,,, llena de porquería ..La habitación es muy grande, con una gran ventana, y terraza con muy buenas vistas, techos muy altos, frigo, tele, caja de seguridad, limpio, muebles auxiliares, falta de un buen mantenimiento, cuarto de baño grade y limpio. Desayuno cena bufé, sorprendentemente muy buenos. Lo mejor el personal..

El hotel en general es bueno ～ es una aldea de vacaciones, dejando el aeropuerto aproximadamente 20 minutos de coche, la habitación no es muy nueva, todavía tiene que ir ～ No hay tiendas alrededor, el entorno de la gente es menos ～ El entorno puede ser insuficiente es que esperamos por el avión durante mucho tiempo ～ diciendo que el aterrizaje es bueno para tomar cerca de la oficina de correos una hora más tarde, esperamos más de una hora para llamar al conductor y no contestar, y Xi puede llamar al hotel otra vez, comprobar los mensajes, y esperamos más de 20 minutos para llegar, Debería haber olvidado... tener algo de lamentación. Porque el aeropuerto casi reservaba esta casa, se quedó a media noche, el jefe estaba muy entusiasmado, el camarote nos trajo dos de una toalla de la mano. Cuando la luz oscura de la habitación descubrió que las camas y los toallas estaban sucios, no nos quitábamos los vestidos. La habitación es grande, la puerta del cuarto de baño no puede ser bloqueada, se dirige a otra puerta, un poco colapsada, los demás pueden entrar en nuestro cuarto de baño de afuera! No se llega a las 5 de la mañana, se ha escurado que nuestras dos chicas se mudaron más de 30 kilos de equipaje de la planta superior. No se llamó el coche para despertar al personal. Pero ayer nos llamó un taxi. Nos sorprendió ver el coche de tres ruedas y el precio se duplicó porque no podíamos dejar el equipaje y por razones de seguridad no queríamos ir, el conductor se fue enojado y dijo: ”Tenéis dinero, Nuestro país es pobre. Nos sentimos muy cómodos. Los errores del hotel no nos dijeron que era el precio y el taxi, y los conductores tchad han cometido un error. Después, el hotel no pudo ayudarme a llamar o arreglar un coche para el aeropuerto. En caso de que el avión se retrasara, finalmente encontramos un coche en la carretera de la negra, y la desgracia es que no podemos encontrarlo. Sugerimos que el vuelo no se quede en el hotel informal temprano, si el viaje no puede garantizar que es muy problemático.

The friendly, professional staff welcome you ‘home’ to the property. They cannot do enough for you, not because it is their job, but because they genuinely want to do so. This was a return visit to the Wallawwa for my husband and I, a recommendation in itself. The food is fabulous, many ingredients from their own gardens. Don’t miss tea and freshly made cake and biscuits on the terrace, each afternoon.Spacious, comfortable rooms are perfect for a restful sleep.
