Hotel was decent. No breakfast in the morning, noisy pipes most of the night so didn’t sleep much at all. Wouldn’t rent a room there again.

The room was nice but the pillows absolutely ******. Very comfortable bed, but the pillows. For the money paid these days for hotel rooms, get current with pillows and shower heads!

Great location with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel is modernized and comfortable. I’ve stayed here several times and prefer it to other hotels in Neenah, mostly due to location. My only real cricism would be the floors could be cleaner in the rooms.

The beds were really stiff and uncomfortable. Not my preference but not a deal breaker. Bathroom was also really small. Also shocked to see they charged 13.95 for a continental breakfast. I would never pay $14 for hotel breakfast.

The staff at checkin was friendly. Our room was nice, nothing fancy but comfortable. Water bottles in room, tea/coffee, and a mini fridge. A/C and heat was a little wierd, not sure we ever really figured it out. Parking was easy on-site. Pool and hot tub were lovely.

This is the second time we have stayed here for business. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, it was quiet and dinner was great in the pub. You mentioned eco friendly, perhaps recycle bins in the room?
