Valoraciones de Hilton Houston NASA Clear Lake

I preferred Hilton over Holiday Inn and other hotels because I thought Hilton Hotels had a good reputation. We booked a deluxe suite for our family, but what I saw was completely different. The carpet was torn and very old, and the bathroom was in poor condition. I couldn't believe a hotel bathroom could be like that. Some bathrooms near the swimming pool had a very bad smell. I would advise against staying there.

Amazing location, minutes drive away from the space center, right next to the ocean, price is not too bad if you're travelling with another person.

I stayed for 2 days, in two different rooms. In both the air conditioning/heating wasn't working - just blowing cold air. This was soon resolved after a couple of visits to the Lobby staff, who were great - and also provided an extra blanket until it was resolved

Except for location near NASA Houston Visitor Center, all other aspects for this hotel is terrible or negative 5 stars... room is extremely dirty, furnishing was worn out, breakfast was cold and not replenished in time, coffee was cold (unless you ask for hot replacement), service was bad, but they charge you automatically 18% of tips (what a joke, terrible service mandated an 18% tips?). Roads leading to the hotel entrance was "100" years old, perhaps? -- bumpy and lack of maintenance. And for my booking, they did NOT honor my pre-paid breakfast. Horrible and horrible and horrible. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice. Not sure why Hilton keeps this hotel open, they should've been put out of business. Period.

service really bad, the place very old , u could hear everything from next door . shower wasn’t working well, not recommend the buffet, expensive for what it is, the Only good thing was the location and the price

A fine hotel, but definitely not the best Hilton has to offer. Communal trash cans were small and overflowing, room service was delivered in styrofoam and a plastic bag, and overall everything felt completely average.

地理位置非常好。距離NASA航天中心車程3分鐘，所在房間是703，可以看到clear lake，遠遠看見母雞🐔駝小雞🐥。 早餐是美式經典，該有的都有。水果豐富 房間的設施非常的陳舊，如果對設施有基本要求的朋友，可以不用選這家酒店。 停車免費，距離沃爾瑪和target車程15分鐘。 周邊晚上霧大，開車需小心。

主要是餐廳早餐品種太簡單，不明白為什麼自助早餐賬單裏還自動算小費，而且餐廳不供午餐，周邊一公里內都沒有餐館商店，有點不方便。雖然房間設施看着簡陋，但衞生、環境、前台服務都還可以。

Me he estado alojando en este hotel desde 2016, y cada vez es una experiencia excepcional. El personal es increíblemente amable y me hace sentir como en casa. Quiero destacar a Luz, Ludy, Teresa y Elva por su atención y dedicación, así como a Greta y Alice en la recepción, que siempre están dispuestas a ayudar. También quiero mencionar a Jess, el bartender, quien es muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero necesitan modernización, ya que se han quedado un tanto anticuadas. Dado que suelo quedarme por semanas o incluso meses, también recomendaría un desayuno más variado, ya que antes era mejor en calidad y selección. Definitivamente es un lugar donde la calidez y el servicio al cliente son una prioridad. ¡Muy recomendable!
