Sheraton Nashville Brentwood

Nice hotel, seems like it has been recently remodeled. It is modern and clean.

I had mixed feelings about my stay. The biggest issue was the hotel's parking situation and ongoing renovations. Parking was extremely inconvenient, and the construction created significant delays and timing issues throughout my visit. It made getting in and out of the hotel much more difficult than expected and took away from the overall experience. That said, the staff truly made a positive impression. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They did their best to answer questions, accommodate guests, and make up for the inconveniences caused by the renovations. While the construction and parking challenges were frustrating, I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the team.

We had a great stay. We were greeted with a warm smile and a very friendly welcome from Edward at the front desk. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come again.

The hotel is under construction, however only the pool was not available. The gym was spacious, impeccable and with a variety of machines to work out. The rooms were specious, beautiful and clean. The bathroom was outstanding with a nice shower. Only 20 minutes from the strip broadway and other amenities. Over all, I do recommend it.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and everything was clean. Their security Frank was amazing! And helped us both nights late at night by giving us a ride to the hotel from across the street since they’re under construction and their wasn’t anymore parking. I wish he was working f our last day to really thank him.

Clean room, comfy bed, our stay was perfect and very close so to downtown Nashville.

The location was great. The room was comfortable. The only issue I would say was the staff the checked us In was great. The ladies who work the restaurant and bar were not friendly. The food was just ok.

We will stay at the Sheriton again when we visit Nashville. It is a beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very clean.

Room was clean and the staff was friendlt however there was a sewage smell nightly in the lobby. Additionally, the bed in my room was rock hard.
