"I booked this hotel because there weren't many hotels nearby during peak season. Be careful, fellow travelers! No one checked in; you have to use a check-in code. Before checking in, I saw someone on my drive saying their system was down and they hadn't received their check-in code. Sure enough, I encountered the same problem. I called the front desk four or five times, but no one answered! I didn't receive a check-in code notification even after check-in time had passed! I only received it two hours after complaining to Ctrip customer service. What a rip-off!"

"We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was on the second level. Very spacious and clean. Great location and very friendly helpful reception. We did some of the waking trails and walked to woollies and shopping centre near us and down the hill to the other shops in Narooma. Would definitely stay here again."

"The room looks a bit old, but it has all the basic amenities. The hot water was hot enough and the water pressure was strong. The only downside was that we found quite a lot of hair on the bed sheets, which was unpleasant and made it seem like they hadn’t been changed. However, after informing the staff, they responded quickly and replaced the sheets with clean ones. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but cleanliness could be improved."

"We had a wonderful stay at Horizon Apartments Narooma with our family. The location was excellent, close to everything and in a beautiful peaceful area that made it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. It was well set up for a family, which made things easy and enjoyable. A special thank you to Narelle, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. We would definitely recommend Horizon Apartments Narooma to other families and would be very happy to stay here again."

La única cosa que necesita atención inmediata es un fan muy ruidoso en el baño que se apaga por el interruptor de luz- por lo que no tienes otra opción que soportar el ruido.
