Palazzo Ferrara

An amazing experience, very close to Naples’ central station! The host, Fabio, was incredibly kind, the room was huge, super clean, and with all comforts (Fridge, a/c, kettle with tea bags, TV, and a very comfy bed!). They will even clean the room daily (hotel-level service!). We were welcomed with some complimentary cold water (a blessing in this torrid weather!). The only minor issue was with Wi-Fi, there’s a high speed fibre network available but signal from some points can be weak, so if this happens to you, just move to the main hall to get full speed (300mbps) and there you’ll also find a coffee machine and travel booklets. They’re aware and will be fixing this very soon. I’ll certainly recommend this place to any friends visiting the unique city of Naples, and will certainly be on top of my list when I come back.

Overall the experience was decent. The room was clean and Roberto was very very helpful indeed! Want to thank him for all the tips. Also it's walkable from Garibaldi station so that was really great! A few negatives being the location of hotel - it's kind of interior and with a market right outside the main door so just a watch out. Also we did not get drinking water after day 1 and only shampoo in the bathroom with a lot of rules around managing towels. So that kind of made things irky rather than enjoyable - but overall I would still recommend this if you want to explore Naples. Thanks again to Roberto!

I stayed here for three days when traveling on my own. This is a really nice place to stay, especially compared to the Italian standard I have experienced so far. The whole place was clean and obviously has been renovated not too long before my stay. Air-conditioning is available, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need. Roberto, one of the hosts, contacted me in advance and provided helpful information when we met. He encouraged me to contact him whenever I needed something. Most important: I felt safe. The door of the house is illuminated well, so you're not standing in a dark corner when unlocking the door. The building is just a short walk from the main station (Garibaldi) which makes it easy to get to every place in the city. There is a market and a few shops in front of the door. Breakfast is served in a small Cafe around the corner. I'll definitely come back!

Posizione comoda alla stazione, a pochi passi dal centro. Il gestore, Fabio è stato disponibile e gentile. All'arrivo ci ha fornito una cartina della città ed informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare nei dintorni. Camere moderne, confortevoli ed accoglienti. Consigliato!

Palazzo centralissimo, a pochi metri dalla stazione centrale e quindi decisamente pratico per spostarsi con i mezzi (treno, metro, taxi, bus) ma anche per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico di Napoli. Camera molto ampia e pulita con bagno altrettanto spazioso e gradevole. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile a fornire qualunque agevolazione e informazione sulla città partenopea! Unico piccolo neo da sottolineare, non è una zona silenziosissima al mattino a causa di un mercato che si sviluppa nella via sottostante. Nel complesso quindi la struttura è altamente consigliata.

Ottima struttura. Pulizia impeccabile. Gestione di Roberto e fabio da veri professionisti, disponibili e sempre presenti. Posizione in quartiere tranquillo e ad 1 minuti dalla stazione Garibaldi. Consigliatissimo per famiglie con figli ed anche gruppo di famigli come il nostro;noi eravamo 3 famiglie con un totale di 11 persone)

Situato a pochi passi dalla stazione di Napoli questo b&b offre camere carine, spaziose, accoglienti e particolarmente pulite...il titolare gentile e disponibile ci ha consigliato come muoverci in città e i posti mangerecci da non perdere, ci torneremo sicuramente, lo consiglio vivamente

Per necessità personali sono stato in questo B&B nel cuore di Napoli 2 notti e sono stato benissimo. Porrei subito l’accento sulla posizione del B&B, davvero perfetto per chi ha esigenza di esser vicino al centro storico o nel pieno cuore della città in quanto è a due passi dalla stazione centrale di Napoli (Garibaldi) ed alla metro, a 5 minuti d’auto dall’aeroporto ed a piedi o con i mezzi si riesce a raggiungere qualsiasi luogo della Campania in piena comodità. Da sottolineare la gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità dei gestori, Roberto e Fabio, due ragazzi sempre sorridenti e pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta. Stile della hall, reception, sala colazione e ambienti all’ingresso molto bello, moderno/contemporaneo ricco di colori, ambiente caldo e confortevole, camera molto pulita e ordinata, dotata di tutti i comfort, la mia aveva anche un comodissimo balcone ampio da con un tavolino e due sedie. Insomma di B&B ha solo la praticità, per il resto sembra un hotel 4 stelle. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò a chiunque avesse necessità di pernottare nel centro di Napoli.
