My first impression was that the roads are very narrow. My second impression was the amount of cars sticking out into the street, the spots are exceptionally small and there is barely room for an RV and a vehicle. This can give the impression of a used car lot. While there are many trees on the property, there is no effort of the staff (which seems to consist of one person) to clear the leaves on the rental sites. There are several full-time RVs and park models, on the property. There are two noted problems with this property. There is a full time resident that drives a very loud pick up truck. To make matters worse, he works nights. He is known throughout the campground as quotation Mario quotation. You can hear his truck no matter what site you are in. It cranks up around midnight and comes back around 6 AM. His departure is quite noisy as well as it seems his entire family comes out to have a loud 30 minute conversation with him before he leaves. The second issue in the campground, is an elderly woman who sits outside her camper throughout the day screaming, “hello” and “is anybody there?” “Anthony is that you?” If you are in any of the sites near the swimming pool, she is right there. However she is so loud you can hear her throughout the campground. The site I would avoid are along the wall on the pool side. There are houses along this wall that have dogs that bark all night. At the time of this writing, there was construction going on behind the wall and trucks coming and going at all hours. This is not a gated community and not in the best area of Naples, and a variety of unsavory vehicles pass through the campground on a daily basis. You are about 20 minutes from Naples. The other issue with this campground is you must enter and exit on Collier Boulevard which is a one-way four-lane highway. The sites are as close as you can possibly get to one another. The joke in the campground is you can hear peoples conversations inside their campers. That is absolutely true what is also true is you are so close to them you can actually hear them walking inside their trailer. What people seem to love about this campground is it has trees. The downside of the trees is the leaves fall and there is no one, absolutely no one even in the rental sites, that picks up the leaves. Whether you are a resident or a renter, you are responsible for picking up the leads in your site. If you do not pick up the leaves, and they sit and rot on the ground, you will be overrun with palmetto bugs.
