¡Una estancia estupenda! El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal fue excepcionalmente amable y atento. La habitación era nueva e impecablemente limpia, y el aislamiento acústico era excelente; dormí plácidamente toda la noche.

Was travelling with an infant and the hotel prepared a cot and a bottle sanitiser for us. Room was spacious and had a good view overlooking Ita Thao. Did not try the breakfast buffet but the hotel has a good restaurant for dinner. We enjoyed the sauna and the hot baths too. 

This is our first time staying in a high class hotel. It certainly felt luxurious, wonderful rooms and excellent service. The attentivness of the staff was fantastic and the buffet in the Crimson Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was fantastic many many options all of which were high quality, fresh and tasty! The gym for a luxurious hotel was a let down, incredibly basic, but that is my only complaint. The onson baths were magnificent, the naked hot spring onson on site was nice, The views from every room as far as I cab tell are amazing the lake is and landscape is breathtaking and the hotel is cleverly designed to maximise this and the viewing of the landscapes. We stayed in a japanese based room with tatami floors and futon beds. The lake view rooms are significantly nicer and upon reflection I wish I had booked that one, but the japanese rooms was still a great experience and very comfortable. If we were to return to sunmoon we would gladly stay here again. The real highlights are the staff, the landscape/views and the buffet. All make for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel left a very positive impression. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, always available for any questions or requests. The breakfast offered a good variety and was of high quality. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

La habitación es muy buena, la comida es buena, la habitación es decente, porque tenemos la habitación tradicional no la nueva. No hemos tenido que probar el bbq y el vapor tristemente cuando cierra la orden en 1900. Pero hay un hermoso ramo que se coloca en la colina Aquí hay grandes memorias, excepto con nuestras maletas, la ubicación es imposible subir sin un coche. Tenemos que llamar a la ayuda del personal de servicio que es extremadamente útil desde nuestra llegada y salida. Y, por supuesto, también damos las gracias. Ahhh tan memorable

El saneamiento está bien, pero las instalaciones son viejas. El control del aire acondicionado está roto. Lo programé a 26 grados Celsius, pero la temperatura interior bajó a 20 grados Celsius. El aire acondicionado seguía enfriando, así que tuve que apagarlo. No me di cuenta hasta que me fui a la cama, y me dio pereza avisar en recepción. Tuve que levantarme en mitad de la noche para apagar el aire acondicionado y abrir la ventana para ventilar. No hay ascensor. El servicio de la recepcionista fue solo superficialmente amable y no tuvo ninguna consideración con los clientes.

Amazing accommodation, great location for tourists. We got a beautiful room overlooking the lake, stunning views. Amazing bath tub with a view. Staff super helpful.

Hotel correcto cerca de la estación de bus y del puerto para coger el barco y hacer la ruta en el Sun Moon Lake
