I ended up getting a room completely different from the one I was supposed to get. If the hotel is not able to provide the room that is displayed on booking services, then why display it in the first place. Unlike the room I booked, the room they gave me seemed to have been renovated years ago, was cold and had small windows looking at the parking lot. The staff, while being nice and friendly, could not help me. This situation, unfortunately, has affected my overall impression a lot. I hope future guests will have better experience than I.

距離各大景點都不遠，房間乾淨無異味，因同時訂三間不同等級的房型，櫃臺很貼心把三間都升等到相鄰的房型，讓我們2晚都開心同樂，下次來清境旅遊首選渡假飯店！

還好吧！比較偏遠

早餐就是吃初飽 .. 別奢望太多 環境設施 牆上的壁癌滿嚴重的 地板沿路上螞蟻很多 .. 放桌上的飲品都被大批螞蟻軍攻陷 … 也不怪，因為是山上 .. 這東西很正常的 整體分數平均三分 就是不會很好，也不會不好
