飯店位於文武廟景點對面交通方便，綜合飯店的收費看本身的設施非常少，客房霉味重、隔音差，電梯潮濕且芳香劑味道濃厚、服務人員大多有禮貌，唯第一天吃早餐時向值班人員索取咖啡調棒被吿知無此產品，復解釋僅需小湯匙以便攪拌咖啡杯裡的砂糖後始提供，第2天的值班人員甚至建議使用筷子或喝湯的中型湯匙攪拌咖啡杯的飲料⋯經再次告知昨天有其值班人員提供小湯匙對方才拿出。這是本人第一次遇到這樣的狀況，不論是客房環境、有糖包沒攪拌用具⋯等，將來再次遊覽此地該飯店不會是我們的選項。

CP值不錯的飯店！飯店新穎以在日月潭的價格，真的很棒！
晚上又有提供特產小點心，早上的餐食又有三種套餐，及ㄧ些自助餐，又面向湖畔享用，很值得推薦和再訪～

從來不評價的我決定評價，這個地方實在太差勁，Lobby一進去就一股怪味，住宿樓層也是如此，房間廁所打開一股非常重的尿騷味，早餐沒什麼選擇味道也不好，整個期間從入住、用餐、退房的過程可以看出服務人員非常不專業，真的一言難盡，非常非常差。

1.停車場非常方便，附近很多位置可以使用。
2.櫃台人員解說很清楚，速度有點快，需要很認真才能理解。
3.2030-2130點心時段可以吃，不錯。
4.房間乾淨舒服，但床墊睡起來腰很痛
5.早餐選擇不多，能看著日月潭吃早餐。
6.先得月餐廳服務態度有待加強
7.早上起床很清楚聽見隔壁文武廟進香團的聲音，隔音效果不是很好（以這麼貴的飯店來說）
8.先得月餐廳跟櫃台似乎有仇，飯店內沒有一台飲水機提供房客使用，到先得月找服務生詢問裝水時，先是請我稍等一下，接著等完又要我去跟櫃台人員說我要裝水，我滿腦問號去櫃檯，等了10分鐘的超級詳細CHECK IN說明之後，告訴櫃檯人員我要裝水，人員便拿著水瓶去餐廳裝水，再拿給我？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？
9.B1餐廳的餐點偏油，大概跟熱炒店一樣，味道好吃，白飯很硬。
10.整體評論：南投還有其他很不錯的住宿環境可以選擇的。
