Tom a bit small but overall stay was quite pleasant. We love the environment around the hotel.

Love their service! Their breakfast is very special, very localised and what's more... we're allowed to refill! Their also prepared night tea. Though it's only night tea, they prepared a lot of food like soup, porridge, rice, cup noodles, cookies, beverage... The surrounding is very instagrammable too 😍

The hotel is cozy and warm. The hotel provide breakfast and sneak (at 8pm)， the food was wonderful. We were staying in a room on fourth floor with a 180 degree mountain view, whicj allow us to vuew the sunrise and sunset.

What a beautiful and cute little hotel! The front desk folks will make you feel at home with their happy hour that runs in the evening, with warm dishes and a full spread of finger food, hot drinks and other nice tidbits. The cute little cats are all around the place as well. The night view on the front porch of the hotel is one to remember for a long time. There's a couple of nice town centres and shopping mall (very small-town-ish, so don't expect big malls). We'd love to come here again.

Have been to this property and it was an amazing stay for one night. Hotel looks are like European cottages made of wood. Rooms are also nice. Location is just 2 min walk to Swiss garden and really convenient as there is a 7eleven around and also shuttle bus stop. Cleanliness: Hotel rooms and the whole place is quite neet and clean. Service: Awesome, staff was really helpful with everything and they even allow us early checkin which was much appreciated as we were travelling with a 2 year old. Food: Nice breakfast and they even cooked some vegetarian food for lunch. Have happy hour where serve tea and snacks which will be enough for dinner. Overall this property is owned by The Old England Manor which is another best hotels in town and they maintain the same service here as well. This should be a 4 star hotel instead of 3 star.

A cosy accommodation with nice and clean interior. The view was was blocked by trees so you can’t exactly take a nice view of the scenery from the accommodation. The spread during the free happy hour at night was impressive. There was soup, pastries, cup noodles and drinks. The breakfast also is served with a nice presentation but the food not to my kids liking. Do note that if you want to order dinner from the restaurant, you’ll have to make a prior reservation. We arrived in the evening and could not order any food for our dinner.

Be prepared to walk up the slope(5-10 minutes) when the bus stop at the junction, and climb stairs at the hotel. Hotel itself may looks old but the design and decoration is beautifully western styled.Room is clean with all the amenities. We enjoyed the cup noodles, soup and snacks with teas after 8 pm. Breakfast come in set of burger, fruits with tea or coffee. It was a sunny and stary night.
