The reception staff was great and immediately assisted us to check in with a smile. When we had issues with signal in the room they upgraded us with no problems. When we left we got a surprise snack and water. The cleaning staff were so friendly everytime we saw them. We'll definitely recommend this place and we'll definitely be back. Honestly, a bit surprised that this hotel is literally in the city center with such a nice price. It's close to bus stops and subway stations, just follow the map and you will be fine. Extra tip: kinda close to Nanjing Uni, so def you need to check if you like pretty street. The service was nice in the receptionist, initially had a tiny issue bcs they didnt speak english but they quickly used translation app, and one of them was always smiling while helping me, such a nice gesture. They gave me room exactly like I wanted, it's also clean, no smell of cigarette, the toilet and shower are also separated, so you won't deal with wet floor on and on. I read that many travellers were having issue with the toilet, but for me, no issue at all. The cleaning ladies were also quite meticulous imo while cleaning my room. The food was ok, it's chinese-style so probably not for everyone, the variety was also ok.
