Good location walk around 10mins to metro, hotel located in city center, staffs really nice and help me a lot

Don't come here. Go to another hotel better. This hotel is very dirty. I can't accept.

Hotel is very central to xinjiekou metro and shopping areas. At the time of stay there were ongoing constructions nearby which could be heard and felt from the hotel room. This was not very pleasant. Otherwise, acceptable.

Hotel is nice, we have a Good stay and customer service is good.

JI location is excellent. Plenty of food from morning to midnight just at the door steps. Metro is just across the street. Staffs are helpful and eager to please. Washing machine and dryer are extra points.  Just to share why I start using trip.com after 15 years of loyal customer with Agoda. Make a booking in 2024 Oct to GZ. After I realised the dates were incorrect, I tried to make changes. I selected cancellation instead of change of date by mistake. After realising that after 2 minutes , I tried to correct it again. I emailed to Agoda to explain the whole issue. Agoda replied that the cancellation fees of SGD175 was collected by the provider and Agod mentioned they would try to help to talk to the provider. The outcome was the provider rejected and insisted on the cancellation fees. Another booking was make to the same provider using trip.com. While I was at the counter face to face with the manager , Agoda still insisted that the provider still refused the refund of the cancellation fees. Agoda lied repeatedly!!!

Excellent location for tourism. Short walk to Xinjiekou Metro Station which makes it easy to go to any tourist spot. Many eateries & convenient stores around hotel area that we include the hotel breakfast. Easy check in & clean facilities/room.

Location very good close from bustling area. Check in process quite long. So many staffs try to assist you, made you uncomfortable. Not clean and old room. Breakfast not really good. Better you pick another hotel.

The hotel is located in Xinjiekou street, the neareast station exit 14, although you have to walk nearly 1 km to get on train. The room is big with basic equipments. The price is reasonable.

Hotel location is good, there is many eatery nearby and also shopping malls. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I tried to check in at around 3 pm but the room was not ready yet and asked to come back 1 hour later. Came back at 4 and the check in process took around 15-20 minutes. The location was convenient though, plenty of eateries and malls nearby.

Value for money stay at city center of Nanjing.
