賓至如歸賀新元 除夕夜當天下午四點多入住，提早3天預訂，Adam繆俊磊有跟我提前對接，我們溝通了房型的選擇，華邑品牌的房型升級一直很嚴格，所以就提前訂了行政大，也升級成了套房。Adam也詢問和跟進了我的體驗，在行政酒廊下午茶權益這方面，真的能做到站在客人的角度去提供服務，給過年期間都在崗的他們點個贊。 前台識別到白金卡，溝通了歡迎水果的送達時間。正逢春節，華邑的春節活動還是不錯的，除夕和年初一入住的客人都有水餃贈送，而且還有抽簽的環節，託前台員工的福，我們抽中了歐舒丹的洗護，我覺得這給平淡的check-in環節帶來了不一樣的驚喜。 更加驚喜的事，行政酒廊權益的歡樂時光（晚）改成了在餐廳用自助晚餐，雖然也很好奇南昌華邑的酒廊長什麼樣子。在用自助晚餐的時候，一開始可能餐廳員工之間的溝通不太順暢，有些小瑕疵，他們説再確認一下，我就先進去用餐了。 很感謝另一名員工，Andy劉佳麗，她全場跟餐廳的同事交流，而且梳理了一些不到位的細節，真誠地致歉，並且承諾會為員工加強培訓。她説了很多，為我講清楚了來龍去脈，我想其實每一個消費者衹要被重視了，而且可以瞭解到事情的全貌（知情權），還能有跟進的措施，那很多投訴都能迎刃而解。 説回硬件方面，南昌綠地華邑開業也有段時間了，房間內設施有些老化陳舊也很尋常，一進門是有些異味的，打了電話要了空氣凈化機，很快就送來了，應該要兩部的因為房間有些大哈哈哈哈哈。大浴缸在玻璃旁，除夕夜邊手機看春晚，邊看着下面煙花綻放，美哉！ 還有一點要誇獎的就是他們的停車，入住期間衹需要錄入車牌一次，然後就可以自由進出，不用每次都去前台開停車票了，很方便！ 總的來説，南昌綠地華邑酒店的硬件或許沒有那麼好，但是它作為南昌為數不多的全落地窗的高空酒店，房間內的設計感十足，最重要的是他有很多優秀的員工，七分服務三分硬件，足夠他承擔起品牌調性，也為我的旅程增添色彩。 祝 貴酒店全體員工新年快樂，生意興隆！

Easy for an overnight stay close to the west train station but very relaxing and quiet at the reservoir. Good location for a walk but dinner finishes early and it was 7km before I found a small shop. Very helpful reception and good choice for breakfast. Unfortunately the swimming pool seems to be run by a separate entity and gets booked out for children's swimming lessons so it wasn't possible to go at a convenient time.
