Absolutely love this place. It is spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The apartment is directly connected to Yaya Centre, and the security is pretty tight. The staff were absolutely lovely to talk to

真的沒有想到，這個公寓會那麼的讓我們滿意，首先，安保就很讓我們安心，每一個工作人員都是熱情洋溢，樓下就是商場，商場裏設施齊全，超市也是應有盡有，公寓設施齊全，乾淨衞生，真的是相當相當滿意。

酒店應該是剛裝修過，非常新。面積很大，家庭首選！乾淨整潔衞生，性價比之王！游泳池健身房都有，服務人員很nice ！華人沖它沒錯啦👍

酒店很好，房間很乾凈，安保很嚴格，樓下就是大超市，非常方便。

3ベッドルームの部屋に5名で2泊しました。フロントのスタッフの対応もよく、快適に過ごせました。 すぐ隣にヤヤセンターがあり、スーパー、お土産店があり買い物にとても便利でした。フードコートやカフェもあり、テイクアウトで部屋に戻って食べるなど非常に活用できました。 綺麗な25mプールとジムがあり、施設も充実しています。ランドリーも全自動洗濯乾燥機がおいてあり、自由に使えて助かりました。 また行ったら泊まりたいです。

出差朋友推薦的這個酒店 酒店安保措施很好 旁邊就是商場出門就到很方便 去華人街吃飯走路就到了

房間太棒啦，很大，特別適合帶孩子出行，門口安保也很嚴格

出乎意料的大!!!也不知道是安排調計的，我一房一廳，變成了超大的三房兩廳。整潔，設施齊全的公寓，含微波爐，烤箱，冰箱，餐具，廚具，鍋具，樓下有停車場，安保嚴密，訪客需核實身份才可進入，內羅畢公寓天花板。

Dear Yaya Team, I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful stay at Yaya Hotel and Apartments. I’m especially grateful that you took into consideration my mother’s difficulty with stairs and arranged for us to stay in the two-bedroom apartment with no stairs—it made all the difference for her comfort and ease. The entire staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt very well taken care of. I’d also like to mention Nicolas, the driver who took us to the airport on Saturday—he went above and beyond by ensuring we checked in smoothly with the help of his friend Eugene. The transformation is amazing. I enjoyed the brand new gym with all manner of equipments. I also enjoyed the kenyan tea at the new restaurant. Thank you Ruth and the staff for always making my stay wonderful and looking after my room preference before i check in.
