We stayed in Cottage, the stay was good. We had a great time. The staff was welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Pramod. The food was really nice and delicious. The washrooms and furniture need a bit renovation. Our main purpose of visit was function which was fulfilled and the surrounding area was very peaceful and relishing. All the arrangements made by the staff were good. In all it was a nice stay.

This was my 4th visit and I finally found my favourite hotel in Nainital. The location is perfect. It faces the Naini Lake, its on the mall road area where most prominent shops are there, its walking distance for Naini Devi temple and bhotia market area, and walking distance from the zoo shuttle pickup zone. The staff are very polite and helpful. I stayed in lake facing rooms. They are really amazing and adequately designed with modern amenities. The rooms are well lit with natural light. They have good space and can accommodate 2+1. The room service is very prompt and the hotel has no problem with you bringing food from outside. I was there with friends and we cherished every moment of our stay and created wonderful memories.

Outstanding hotel to stay and excellent cafe with entire lake view on the main Mall Road opp. boat house club. The hotel and the cafe is the first property on the mall road and so easy to access the boat house club and the other places to visit. The hotel is hygeine, well maintained and trained staff, the rooms provide with the extra facilities like air conditioner and air heater which none other hotels on the mall road provides in the room. Must visit and stay. Highly recommended.

my stay at hotel silver palace was pleasant, and i would recommend it to travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in haldwani. The hotel's location and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable.

Kalpana was very quick at service during the breakfast hour. Karan was funny and attentive for our nature walk. Bhupendra, the naturalist was very knowledgeable of the local flora and fauna, especially about birds and spotting wildlife in the vicinity. Irshad did both our checkin and check out very smoothly and was very much welcoming to our requests. The Lemurs were a great sight and company to have breakfast with. Shout out to the guards for keeping them at peace and away from our food.

Below is my honest review. - room and toilet were clean. - view was good. - room has tv but they recharged it for our 1st day only, post that it wasn't working. - staff was friendly and supportive. - food price are little higher. You will find same food with lower price at mall road. - location of hotel is at mall road but you have to use strayers to reach the hotel, if you are ok with it then it's fine. My overall experience was good with this hotel.

The lake view rooms offer a pleasant experience and the reception as well as the roomboys are helpful. The rooms were reasonably clean and the restaurant (chandni chowk) is very good. However, the rooms are a bit expensive, specially the non-lake view ones which virtually have no windows. Overall, the hotel will offer a satisfying stay.

The place itself is very beautiful, rooms are very well maintained and spacious. Staff are very courteous. They work extra mile to to make you feel comfortable. Managers mr birendra and mr rakesh are very hospitable and quick to respond. Restaurant deserves a special mention especially mr jeevan and the great head chef. This is a great stay option for all people travel-ling to nainital.
