Valoraciones de Hotel Resol Trinity Naha

Muy agradable, cerca de DD Donki y de la estación de tren. Podría volver a alojarse cuando el precio sea razonable. No está muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas...

No hay que caminar mucho desde el monorraíl. Se tarda unos 10-15 minutos a pie desde la calle principal. No limpian las habitaciones (hasta después del tercer día), pero todos los días hay una bolsa con toallas, agua y albornoces esperando en la manija de la puerta. La zona de onsen no es grande, pero es agradable.

Es un hotel nuevo al lado de la estación de monorraíl. La habitación está limpia y ordenada. Sirven el desayuno, lo cual es agradable. La cafetería es muy elegante y es ideal para pasar el tiempo leyendo y relajándose mientras se toma un café. Hay un baño público, lo cual es bueno para relajar los músculos después de un largo día al aire libre.

El hotel se encuentra cerca de la estación de metro y de la terminal de autobuses, donde hay tiendas de conveniencia y también algunos restaurantes y tiendas, pero cierran a las 20:00 h. Es seguro llegar al hotel incluso por la noche. El personal del hotel es agradable y algunos son muy serviciales. La distribución de las habitaciones y el servicio son correctos. El proceso de check-in y check-out es rápido. El desayuno no está mal.

Frente a la terminal de autobuses de Naha. Cómodo para llegar y salir del aeropuerto, pero cuando vienes del aeropuerto, el hotel está al otro lado y tienes que usar el puente peatonal, por lo que es un poco cansador y problemático, y la entrada principal está en el callejón, no en la calle principal. Los huéspedes pueden utilizar parte del vestíbulo/restaurante de 15:00 a 21:00 horas, donde se sirven zumos y café (autoservicio). Como es habitual en los hoteles de negocios de Japón, los artículos de tocador básicos, las bolsitas de té y el café se proporcionan en la recepción y no en la habitación.

The location is very good that the bus terminal is only 5 mins away and OPA shopping mall is at the same spot. The room is spacious with 3 beds and we are able to open three luggages.

I recently stayed at Hotel Resol Trinity Naha in Okinawa, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. One highlight was onsen. The onsen was exceptional and added to the overall experience. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Okinawa, whether for business or leisure. I hope to return again in the future!

The location is great. It right in the middle of things we need but super quiet and hotel is super efficient, design and arrangement are perfect for us to explore Okinawa. We stayed there 4 days.

Good customer service. 24 hrs front desk service. Great buffet breakfast with free take away coffee. River view room. Will definitely stay again with this hotel next time.

Stayed 3 nights here and the rooms were clean and they provided amenities for you to go to the onsen. Room cleaning was provided at a charge so we did not take it up. Location is near naha bus terminal which we use as landmark when getting a taxi. Near donki and opa which has some shopping within the mall. Breakfast is delicious but i had to forfeit my last day’s breakfast to catch an early flight. Tried to communicate with the staff to ask if I could pack some bread to go but the staff did not understand me well so i didn’t pursue my request further :(

The room decoration is nice. Giving a woody vibe. Breakfast is outstanding. The only problem is the parking lot is not enough but they do provide second choice of the parking lot but it kinda far.

The room is clean, but no cleaning service unless you pay. The room is small. The public bath is not hot spring. It is like hot water swimming pool.

Hotel was very nice and nicely decorated. However, the room was a bit small, yet it was a pleasant stay overall
