Valoraciones de Hotel Ocean (Kokusai-Dori)

La familia vivía en una habitación de estilo japonés para seis personas. La habitación era grande y limpia. Este hotel está especialmente diseñado para familias con niños y ofrece una selección de almohadas y detergentes de baño, así como una pequeña luz de noche. El hotel ofrece sake y cerveza de todo lo que puedas beber, así como ramen de todo lo que puedas comer para picar a medianoche. Muy refrescante. Hay todo tipo de restaurantes cerca del hotel, la calidad es muy buena, 10 puntos para un hotel adecuado para viajes familiares. 

He vuelto a alojarme aquí por cuarta vez. Es la primera opción para viajes internacionales y a los niños también les encanta. Cumple muy bien con las necesidades. Es un lugar que gusta tanto a adultos como a niños. También hay té de bienvenida para que lo bebas. También se pueden alquilar bicicletas.

I chose to stay at the Ocean Hotel for my trip to Okinawa because it was really close to Makishi Station. You can easily get there from Naha Airport. The reception staff were really friendly. When we arrived, there was a mascot that looked like a big red dragon, which was really cute. There is a lounge with a resting area, offering tea, water, and sake, a bookshelf of comic books, and a playground for kids. If you need any supplies such as pillows, shampoo, toothbrushes, or a shaver, you can get them yourself. There’s also a resting area on the 12th floor where you can relax with free tea and coffee. They provide a limited amount of free Okinawa noodles every day at 8:30 pm. It’s a pity that I didn’t have enough time to try them. The room was very spacious for three double beds, which were extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. They also provide sleepwear and slippers. When we checked out, the staff helped me call a taxi. I had a very good experience here and I would definitely visit it again in the future.

We had a ball of a time at our stay. We initially wanted to stay longer but I messed up the booking and by the time I realised, only 1 night was available in the time we were in Okinawa. We travelled with 3 kids (4y.o., 2.5 y.o., 1y.o.). We loved almost every part of our stay. The 5 of us had drinks and snacks at the lounge area upstairs; we went swimming; we had a light noodle dinner upstairs again; played at the downstairs play area; the 3 kids enjoyed the gachapon too! Amenities for the babies were AMAZING. We're talking free diapers (various brands and sizes to choose from), baby pillows and blankets, toothbrush for kiddos and many more! We could tell everything was thought through very well to cater to families. For travellers planning to visit Okinawa, be sure to cater enough days at Hotel Ocean to ensure you get to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer (= Service was superb - the front desk patiently helped us with our luggages and went out to hail a cab for us.

Poorest service ever had in Japan. The twin size bed was not fitted for 1 man and 1kid, i was not satisfied with the tiny bed size. However, they asked for additional 10K yen for upgrade to 2 twin beds which is not reasonable. This room should not released for 2 people which the bed is too small. The manager was giving a ridiculous reason that other customers were having same situation and no solution giving other than upgrade or else we need to stay in the tiny bed for 4 nights. Definitely not recommended for any one of you to choose the mini bed size for 2 people.

Great stay at this Hotel ocean. Kids friendly, located by the main street and just a few mins walk to the walking street. 5 mins walk to the monorail.Very convenient. Great pool for kids. Not too deep, even four years old kid can stand and play with confidence. The pool offer free Floats eg donuts, mats, etc. There are 2 coins operated washing/drying machines. And so many stuff you can just take to use eg extra chairs, small fans, camping lights etc like in the pics I posted. Also there are selections of pillows to choose for your own comfort, so much selections of shampoos, baby’s soap to choose by yourself. 24 hrs drinks/tea/coffee. Play area for your kids. And some activities for your kids to do. The staff are helpful and always there for you. Even when I was there late night chitchat in common area. The room we had was family room for 4. Cozy and enough space for our bags. Overall. We had a great experience. Thank you.

Front desk service was friendly during checkin. Enjoyed the kids play area and free drinks at lobby. Thoughtful to have included a range of different kids and adult shampoos and also free diapers and different pillows to choose from. Didn’t know we have to put rubbish and used towels into the plastic bags provided and leave outside door for them to collect though.

Very good experience! They have free goodies including a 24 hr snack bar w ice cream and drinks, full shelf of shampoos and soap for u you choose aside from those already provided in the room. At the room floors, there are extra tables, racks, weighing scales, and many other appliances you can borrow. The kids sponge and tooth brush are so cute. Even have their mascot appear from time to time!

The staff were great and provided plenty of children’s supplies. However, the hotel is outdated, and both the rooms and bathrooms feel old, with noticeable water stains and a musty smell.

We enjoyed our stay. Great for families. Staff are friendly, nice breakfast, lots of things great for kids like free nappies, free stroller rental, beach toys to borrow, etc etc. Room is small, typical of Japan, with very little storage space, but it was OK for us. It's a 3 star hotel, they don't do daily room cleaning for example but will give you fresh towels each day. The location is very close to the monorail and if you like walking you can get to lots of parts of the city on foot from the hotel. I think it's good value for money and I would stay again.
