Rubbish This is a three star hotel claiming five stars. Dont come as you have many better choices. I dont expect to live in such a small room which facing her own car park with awyard environment. I ask for a higher floor room but was given 3F. When i ask for change, the receptionist said it was full while i can still find rooms available in trip.com. whats a terrible service. The room is such small that you cants open two luggages. The car park charges is 1800 yen which is high. Everyone claims that the breakfast is good. Even though there are reasonable varity of food, the hall is so crowded that you dont want to eat here. Not recommend to come. Blacklisted.

Clean room and polite staff. Got few souvenir shops to do shopping. The view is spectacular. It would be better if the balcony floor is cleaner, not with stain.

Hotel room was spacious and extremely clean. However we did not have a good experience with the reception counter. The staff I spoke to was rude and unhelpful.

The room was tidy and clean. Also, the breakfast was nice, especially the self-made burger. I recommend Tiida for breakfast, cuz they have more food choices.

The rooms was small' no garderob. Very clean. 10 min from the main Street.

A great hotel with splendid breakfast spread. You can try all of the different okinawan special dishes in the breakfast alone ! They have coin laundry services a good way to pack light !

Booked the hotel last minute, the room in person looks way nicer than the pictures online, there’s a infinity pool with warm water at the rooftop as well, there’s staff were helpful and friendly even though they spoke limited English.

We had a great stay in Hewitt Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We took early return flight so that we had to check out very early. The hotel even prepared packed breakfast for us as we did not have time to have breakfast before we left the hotel. The room was clean and new and spacious. We will definitely choose Hewitt Resort when we visit Okinawa in the future. Thank you Hewitt Resort.

Best location if u are looking for crowded and convenient city hotel in Okinawa, close to airport tran station and easy to call taxi or Uber as the arc of 國際通。
