Hotel is new Bed is big and comfy The staff are friendly Good variety of breakfast spread, They have various stations for mains-local cuisine, beverages, bread is a bit stale though 🤭 Easily able to get Grab to all the places of interest

Daily same breakfast spread… don’t stay long in this hotel… they provide same food daily and I think the management doesn’t eat there that was why no improvement… Luke warm food… even the porridge not hot to warm the stomach … Food not replenish promptly… If not due to bad performance of the restaurant manager… this should be a nice to stay hotel… Room small but comfortable bed… Think twice for long stay here…

This is a relatively new hotel wih great facilities. I was upgrdaed from normal Deluxe room to Suite. Good spacious room with confoirtable bed. Main restaurant is at top floor for nice view of surrounding. Breakfast has a good spread of food choices and taste satisfactory. Buffet dinner at weekend that includes durians is very reasonable as well. Location is great at Nagoya area with many eateries, foodcourts and entertainment in the vicinity. Nearby mall include Nagoya Hill Mall and Nagoya Thamrin City. Not for swimmers though as no swimming pool. But still high recommended for its price and purpose of accomodation.

The restaurant food still no improvement… same old food… The room is small… Mini bar have to pay for snacks and drinks… The shopping mall need take Taxi from hotel, no free transport to nearby mall…

I booked because there was a gift included in the package where I am able to check in early and guaranteed at 11am check in and check out at 2pm. But when I checked with receptionist, they said the room is not ready at about 11.30am but was later given a room after 2nd check with receptionist. Next day when checking with receptionist was told to check out at 12pm, but was able to allow check out st 1pm. If the gift included “guarantees early checking in and late check out” does not even apply or exist please do not add into the system. Its very frustrating to choose something with this benefits but after payment the extra benefit.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. They also provided a breakfast. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

1st time here with wife due to TikTok ads abt this hotel. Check in was fast, was given mid floor. Room corridor was humid, stuffy & very loud music. (even can hear when we closed our door), room is spacious. Tv has many local channels & SG channels. King bed is huge n comfy. Toilet has bidet n water pressure is good, there is a mini fridge. Aircon is cool fast, the view not so much( city view with lots of constructions works), breakfast was So-So.( came at 8.45am & 80% of foods & beverage is out.. & didnt topup, the bread corner is stale & hard) foods taste bland, not much of local delicacies. Meats( chicken, beef n even fish) are dry & hard. Breakfast restaurant has many service staffs but only a few females staffs are attentives & the rest mostly hang around doing nothing & talking at the bar station. I even ordered room service on 1st night, foods are ok but the chicken tasted abit weird as i got sick after eating it.🤢🤮 ( nausea, diarrhoea & vomitted 3x) but luckily i hv all the medications. Nearby hotel hv many good affordable local foods which is far more better then the hotel. Some hotel staffs have stucked up attitudes. Which i cant say much🤦🤦. Hotel is near to Nagoya mall. Overall is okok only. Not up to my expectations. Had better experiences on other 3☆ hotel brands.

Good location and room is clean and comfortable bed. Everything is just right, staff are very friendly, breakfast is good, near hotel also have massage and food court, will stay again on next time.

The hotel is located in the lively Nagoya area, just a short walk from Nagoya Mall. I originally booked a Deluxe King Room but was informed upon check-in that only smoking rooms were available for this room type. The only non-smoking option left was a room with two single beds, so we opted for that, as the beds could be combined. To avoid disappointment, it would be helpful if the hotel clearly separates smoking and non-smoking room types during booking. For the price paid, the breakfast was satisfactory, though the taste could be improved.

Friendly staff. Fast check in. Very clean room. Great breakfast.
