The staff are nice and helpful. Simple breakfast buffet is provided during the stay. The room has an unpleasant smell of drainage pipe coming from the bathroom, making the room smell bad every time when I open the bathroom door.

Good location about 400 meters from Nagasaki station and 100 meters from the street car stop to take you to the Peace Park and Museum. The lobby is bright but has no furniture. The room had a queen size bed. Apparently there’s no twin bed rooms. Breakfast was very good, self serve buffet.

Hotel Wing Port Nagasaki was located very close to Nagasaki Train Station in the heart of the city. The room was a good size and had a number of facilities, coffee / tea, fridge, and a USB-C / Lightning / Android plug that came in very handy. The bed was comfortable and made each day. The bathroom was clean and had body wash / shampoo / conditioner as well fresh linen. The breakfast option was enjoyable, particularly the Costa Coffee Machine and the food provided a mixture of traditional and western options. The highlight for me was the fresh pineapple. Staff were very friendly and helpful during both the check-in and check-out process. I really enjoyed my time in Nagasaki to learn more about what occurred there.

Near the JR station allowîg to move easily, good choice for solo traveller that wish a practical solution a single room nicely arranged, with everything needed inside, recommended!

Staffs in every shift were friendly and helpful. Very close to JR station. There is a famous restaurant opposite to hotel (notice from the long queue every meal time). Good coffee and helpful staff at breakfast time.

Not so far from the station, near to convenience stores and restaurants. Extra pay for the car park.

I picked this hotel because it was right next to Nagasaki train station which made it super convenient to arrive and check-in without a hassle. The hotel is your standard Japanese style: very clean, comfortable and small. The check-in/check-out process was done via kiosk so not much customer service to rate. The price of the room was very reasonable, however, the thing I didn't like was the early checkout time at 10:00am instead of the usual 11 or noon at most other places. Other than that, this is a great hotel to stay at if you're visiting Nagasaki.

Reception smelt fine, the elevator, floor and room all smelled of smoke. They provide humidifiers which seemed to help

This is the first time I go to Nagasaki. Hotel Wingport is very near the Nagasaki Station. The service is quite good, I check in and check out by automatic machine, but the staff guide me well. The breakfast is very nice. View from hotel is beautiful. I hope to come back here again.

Very well located for the shinkansen, next to a bus station and some konbini. Staff friendly. The room was nice and clean. Also many free amenities.

Near to Nagasaki metro, takes around 5mins walk from the station. Take the elevator below the overhead bridge then walk to another end with elevator. You will see a family mart, cross the road, there is a yakiniku, the hotel is just located next to it. Down side is that the aircon is centralise, you cant adjust heater mode. Room is small, but still enough to open a 60cm tall luggage and lay it open.

Excellent, clean and modern, quite budget hotel, especially for Japan. Very close to the train station and the seaport. Good and varied breakfasts.
