Service was great Common faculties are good But room layout and amenities are not great

Best hotel in such a beautiful location.

They are in a location where its very difficult to return from, unless you use their service of 4500npr to at least to return to main kathmandu for 2pax. with their pricing, and the guests count they usually have, they can easily afford a regular shuttle bus or transport, that they can provide which pick/drop visitors to a certain main location on Kathmandu. otherwise all good

Great hotel but the roads are bad. If you dont mind the journey, then it is worth to stay. Spa is nothing exceeding expectation. Basic services. Other than that, great services and room. A bit old air conditioner. Kindly consider upgrading the appliances.

We had one of the best experienced stay in a hotel here in Mystic mountain. They have really good amenities and all the staff were very accommodating and helpful. They have tried to help us all the time. The food was astonishing including the breakfast to dinner. Thanks a lot for giving us a great stay!!

I twisted my ankle on my way to this hotel, and the hotel manager was very nice to provide a wheelchair upon arrival and pushed me himself. All in all, our room was very clean and got an amazing view.

第一要説服務還行、 最好體驗的就是普通服務員在樓道看到你都會跟你打招呼微笑的問候！ 第二餐廳 坐在桌子上5分鐘過了都沒人過來給你餐單或打招呼，桌子沒打掃乾淨，估計忙的都沒來得及擺桌。 第三餐品還行 味道不是那麼好吃。 第四 過了下午2點過後沒太陽 冬天有點冷， 酒店曬不到太陽。 第五最差的就是 房間被套沒更換、 床單上有異味 可以參考圖， 被套上有腳臭味道！ 很濃！ 知道的時候很晚 懶得交服務員更換，所以我倆睡在被子上 從衣櫃拿出備用被子來蓋。 整體體驗不好，check out 時候提過這個事兒 還給他們看了圖片、 他們經理衹是過來簡單道歉 還説有可能是因為乾洗服務沒把被套床單洗乾淨，客房服務員應該都會更換的。 1000多元一晚不應該有這樣的這麼差的條件和這麼差的客房service ！ 再也不住 也不推薦給朋友 。

Тяжело добраться, последние два километра вообще нет дороги. Отель для того чтобы смотреть вниз в долину, а там строителтная площадка, и шум связанный с ней и отсутствие вида, о которой я не был предупрежден. Ресторан дорогой. Обратная дорога еще дороже, потому что в этот медвежий угол никто не хочет ехать.
