"Leímos comentarios de otros huéspedes y nos lanzamos a reservar 2 noches en el Hostel de Ajeet. Fue una decisión acertada sin duda pues nos quedamos 6 noches finalmente. La relación calidad-precio es buenísima. El edificio es limpio y construido hace un par de años. La cama gigante y tiene ducha de agua caliente. Estar allí es también compartir con su familia, pues regentan el local de una manera muy cercana. Está a 200 metros del templo de los monos y del museo nacional. "Mira and Sudarshan were very friendly, thoughtful and caring hosts. Lots of interesting walks can be made from the homestay and it is very relaxing to be away from the mania of downtown Kathmandu. They helped me sort out treatment for a damaged shoulder and were full of lots of ideas of how I could spend my time in the valley. They also attract a wonderful array of guests as well."

"I am writing this review with a sense of disappointment, as this establishment has so much potential but is being severely let down by one critical factor: its service staff. Let me start with the positives, because they are significant: The View was Amazing: Absolutely breathtaking. It was the highlight of our visit and created a wonderful initial atmosphere. The Rooms are Quite Good: The space was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. We had no complaints about the ambiance or the physical setting. The Food was Okay: It was neither memorable nor terrible. It was perfectly acceptable and did not detract from the experience. However, the entire visit was completely undermined by the behavior of the service staff. They were consistently rude, unaccommodating, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. To provide a specific example that underscores this lack of professionalism: at one point, I asked a server for his name, and he refused to tell me. This act shows a stunning lack of accountability and basic customer care. It is a profound shame that such a beautiful setting, which clearly has a lot to offer, is being sabotaged by the very people who are supposed to be hosting guests. The rude service was not just a minor inconvenience; it was the dominant memory we took away from our visit."
