As per your website hotel had breakfast included when we arrived they said no breakfast provided at all. Also for 4 member they provided only one towel. Overall experience is not satisfied

Bathroom was having cockroaches. Commode was broken. Night 3 am when we reached the staff dont have a courtesy to leave to our rooms and lights were off in corridor and he did not even switch it on. Staff attitude worst
cleanliness -0
room condition very bad. Kindly look into this even while check out i have informed their staff. No
