300 Tenth

When I first got to the property the door codethey gave me to the room I was supposed to be staying and didn’t work. The door key pad’s battery had died. They don’t have an office on site so you have to call somebody. The person was nice and hooked me up with a room. When I got to the new room it smelled funny. It sort of smelled like old cigarettes. There was no lamp and only fluorescent over head lighting. The desk had no chair to sit at. There was no chair in the room at all. The desk and night stand were very cheap material and both looked like they had experienced water damage and the top level of wood was bubbling off. The night stand was connected to the wall and actually fell off the wall with my open bottle of water on it. It was freezing in there even with the air off. They only give you a thin comforter. Overall, this was a bad stay.

Room was small but comfy. Had a little mold on door seals. Sliding glass door was sealed shut with silicone. There isn’t any staff at the property if you are in immediate need of something.

The property was well maintained and the room was clean as the picture on 300 Tenth website!! Never saw any staff ,but the customer rep that I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and professional with addressing my questions..Thanks from a traveling Guest

The room was spacious and clean. Area was very quiet at night. Located near boardwalk. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a cute little place in a convenient location. The rooms are clean enough, but nothing special. The problem I had was finding one roach running under a bed, one palmetto bug dead in the bath tub and multiple earwigs on the floor and in the beds. As a traveling band we don’t have the highest standards but this was pretty rough. Especially when we checked in at 2am and there’s no onsite staff to resolve the issue.

The property did not look cleaned when I arrived. There was a door that connected to the room to my left, which made me feel very unsafe. I would have liked to have been informed of this information before booking, otherwise I would not have booked this room. Additionally the blinds in the kitchen did not cover fully, and a view to the bedroom was visible from the outside. Truly do not recommend this place!

Beds are hard as rocks. But staff are very friendly and pool was amazing! Room was very clean and we enjoyed our time there.

The photos were apparently done by someone with savvy who could use lighting to their advantage. Not sure about the other rooms but our room did not reflect the online photos at all. We had a 3 day rental, but left on day#2. We arrived very late on day1 because of flight delays. We didn't expect 4 or 5 star but there was a total misrepresentation online. Couldn't find parking when we drove up. Apparently the people at the nearby bars frequently take up the parking spots, though it didn't appear there were enough spots to start. The floors were dirty; towels had seen their day - mine had a tear in the middle; toilet seat barely large enough for any adult; tv didn't work; Light switch only by door and one socket had tape over it; Curtains had holes-not nice for a street level room; Neighbor party sounded felt like it was in our room; ********* smell burned my nostrils throughout the night. Lastly, after battling airlines and weather all day I didn't want to hear people running around outside at 3am talking as if it were 3pm. So, we arrived late night day#1. Day#2 we rose early and showered for the family reunion being careful not to put our feet on the floors. After the family reunion we returned to the room. Not sure if the ********* smell was a new neighbor or left over the previous. Couldn't take it anymore. Packed the bags and put them in the car where it was more comfortable. We eventually found a new room elsewhere. Sent a txt. So far, no response at all.

When we first arrived we didn’t have the right rooms but I called the property management and it was taken care of within 10 minutes. The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach and boardwalk was very conveniently across the street. Everything was a very close walk. The rooms could use hooks to be able to hang towels to dry and some more kitchen supplies would have been nice. We would have liked to be able to do more night swimming so extending the hours the pool was open would be a suggestion also. Overall I was very pleased with our stay.
