Estuve en Mascate en diciembre del año pasado. Las habitaciones son buenas y limpias. Las instalaciones son geniales, pero la ubicación del hotel no tiene nada a su alrededor. Él no habla árabe ni inglés y yo tenía dificultades para tratar con la gente. Lo recuerdo bien. Ahmed Zeina siempre intentaba ayudarme, como solía firmar. Y la traducción, gracias.

Everything about this place is great. Food here is very delicious here and also The presentation of the food was beautiful. It really serves the purpose of making food look tasty. The behavior of staffs was also very nice and well behaved. A special Thanks to Chef Rati ! Well mannered and knowledgeable about food , They were very helpful and suggested some tasty cuisine. The timing of serving food was good too. We didn't have to wait long for the food to be served here. Interior design was beautiful as well. I really like the classy touch of the restaurant and hotel ,We went there for my wife s birthday celebration ! Awesome hospitality ! NAILED IT ! THANKS AGAIN TO CHEF RATI AND ENTIRE HOTEL TEAM !

I’m really impressed with the room cleanliness and the a**osphere of the hotel especially the food in the restaurant are amazing ( Kitchen 7 ) we went their to have breakfast after a journey the breakfast buffet was amazing especially chef Rati was very professional and very polite as he asked us what we want for breakfast as my husband was little sick we really appreciated his efforts and he is amazing and the service team also did a great job looking after us Would loved to come back in the future

I came to JW Marriott for business trips and we had a great time staff were very friendly and especially I’m love with food in the morning breakfast we met Ranveer all k7 team chef Rati , Asif , Rehman also he take care of us and we are very happy with him and we will recommend these hotel with my friend as well

Everything about the place is great.we had our breakfat at kitchen 7 and ms.shiella was awsome Start from taking us to our table, to taking our coffee preference,and suggesting their food in the buffet. She was so pleasant throughout and also all the staffs are so helpful. The food was nice.. Thank you for the excellent hospitality

Amazing service from Reddy, Mukesh, Govin and Finka. All the staff were very friendly and humble. I came for a short trips and was very memorable thanks to the butter buns team ❤️ See you again guys! Nice spot to chill and watch sports. The butter bun brownie was delicious
