服務的態度是很好的，當然感覺在阿曼蘇丹國，服務普遍都是不錯的。
位置很好，很方便，應該可以算是市中心了，可以走路去Grand Muscat mall，大約10分鐘。
房間可以選擇公寓，面積很大。

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were nice but the shower door was missing and you couldn’t turn the bedroom lights off without turning all the power off to the whole suite.

This is a hotel apartments building. The main issue is the clean. On the halls is bad. Better in the apartment but not too much. Basically is a budget hotel. Don't expect many things. You are going to receive a place to sleep, but that's all. It has an underground parking, so this would be a plus.

Average given the maintainance issues in the bedroom and bathroom. The chair was broken, the ironing board was broken and the light switches were behind the pillows... in the bed itself. There was also tape maintaining the shower head. The terrace was also locked with no key and it was filthy, and the power outlet on the desk was level with the desk so some plugs were unable to fit. Parts of the curtains were also left hanging where they are not intended to be and no shampoo was provided. A lot of classic aesthetic over practicality mistakes, as evidently this building complex was designed with curb appeal and the interiors are quite lavish. I appreciated the low music playing in the corridors and the array of different call and service buttons in the bedroom too. Though totally unnecessary, I also appreciated the 4 elevators and the staff seemed also to be nice enough. Overall, no problems for short stays, but I probably wouldn''t return again.

Staff are terrible, no smile , not helpful and always looks not happy and upset , very rude over the phone and in person especially the Arab girls reception, and in general all the reception are rude and not helpful. 27th December I called to extend my stay but the night shift man was extremely rude . Arrogant , I don’t really recommend anyone to stay here . 28th December morning I went to pay the additional 4 nights and I gave my card to pay . But rudely was returned for me by the Arabic lady on the desk and never say thank you and no smile and didn’t not appreciate the 16 nights I was there - this must be the worst experience. Cigarettes smoke everywhere on the floor knowing that it’s not smoking floor Difficult to get second key for the room , they only give one key . No thank you or appreciation by the phone or personal I will not come back here . I don’t advise anyone to stay here . Honestly just bad service

This is my third room. The windows need to be double glazed. We can hear the traffic. My bathroom was leaking and smelly. People smoke in some rooms. They need to invest in the staff and in the property.

Hotel needs some work done. Bathroom could be cleaner. They need to invest in the maintenance. Also they need to have double glazed windows because we can hear the traffic. Staff members are nice. They don’t allow to use the washing machine for short stays. Some people smoke in the rooms and I had to change room twice so this is my third room. Location is not bad but you need a car for sure.

A good hotel in a great location, nice room and bathroom and the hotel is surrounded by places to eat with a big shopping mall 10 minutes walk away. Hotel staff were also very friendly and helpful.
