La estancia fue pésima: mala insonorización, con sonidos de motos y otros ruidos toda la noche; malas instalaciones (el enchufe de la tetera no coincidía con la toma y tuve que pedirle al camarero un convertidor, que resultó estar roto); el baño solo tenía un cabezal de ducha fijo, no una alcachofa de ducha; las cortinas eran demasiado pequeñas para cubrir las ventanas... En resumen, para un hotel que cuesta más de 800 yuanes por noche, ¡parecía un hotel pequeño!

En general estuvo bien, el buffet también era bueno.

Instalaciones: La piscina estuvo cerrada hasta el 31 de mayo, sin compensación. Limpieza: La habitación era muy vieja y la alfombra no se había cambiado en años, lo que dejaba un olor extraño. Ambiente: El ambiente era normal, nada moderno. El televisor tenía 10 años, era muy pequeño y no era un Smart TV. Servicio: La actitud hacia los asiáticos y los occidentales era completamente diferente.

Estaba limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. El desayuno era de calidad superior, y la piscina y las demás instalaciones estaban bien equipadas.

A bit expensive for the pet rate per night. maybe you can lower the price a bit so many will choose to stay and book here. thank you

What truly stood out was the service. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The place is clean and the staff were very nice. All the hotel staff we met greeted us warmly, making us feel really welcome. We checked out the bar on the 22nd floor and enjoyed the live band performance. Plus, they gave us a 10% discount as in-house guests. It was my husband's birthday, and the band even sang the birthday song - such a nice touch! The staff also wished him well, which made the stay even more special. They also provide shuttle as long as it is in Alabang area We really enjoyed our stay, thanks!
