La estancia fue pésima: mala insonorización, con sonidos de motos y otros ruidos toda la noche; malas instalaciones (el enchufe de la tetera no coincidía con la toma y tuve que pedirle al camarero un convertidor, que resultó estar roto); el baño solo tenía un cabezal de ducha fijo, no una alcachofa de ducha; las cortinas eran demasiado pequeñas para cubrir las ventanas... En resumen, para un hotel que cuesta más de 800 yuanes por noche, ¡parecía un hotel pequeño!

En general estuvo bien, el buffet también era bueno.

Loved everything from check in to check out. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Loved the bath tub. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable.

Our convention venue so it was very convenient just goin down. Slept soundly and had a restful stay. Staffs were friendly too.

This is our first staycation with our little one and we’re super thankful that we choose to stay in Bellevue. The staffs were very accommodating and they listen to our requests. Amenities are superb! We will definitely book another stay with you guys! 👏

It's a really great hotel. The parking for motorcycle is pretty limited though. But over all stay, the place smells and looks nice. Staff are very approachable except guard outside (the one who gives tickets) before we got to the inside parking that prevented and discouraged us from using parking inside, encouraged us to park outside where its far from the hotel and require us to walk long and its also hot to do so, as if we are not guest there just because we are in a motorcycle. Bummer. Felt a little discriminated. Breakfast choices are plenty and worth the stay.

Good location value for money as the trip rate is competitive, highly recommended for business trip. However vegetarian meals are limited

The towel has bad smell. I ask the concern personel to change the towel but still the replacement was smelly

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The location is very good because of the walking distance to Festival Mall and Town Center. Though they don't have available place with two rooms so my family can be toether in one reservation.

Love the overlooking view of city, big bed that 3 adults and 2 kids were fitted, so many restaurants to choose from.

Just okay.. nothing special Restaurants are bit expensive but not that much
