Es muy bueno, pero suficientes problemas para apagar una estrella. Muchas cosas buenas - muy limpias, modernas habitaciones. Grande ducha. Buena iluminación. confortable cama. Fabuloso desayuno, con omeletas para ordenar. Todo tipo de leche que podía imaginar (aunque, extraño, no podíamos encontrar fresca - el que pensamos era UHT!). Grande gimnasio en 14 pisos. Internet rayos rápidos. El personal era amigable y le dio toda la atención cuando estaba con ellos. En el checkout, por ejemplo, sólo dos personas, uno de los cuales estaba en el teléfono ... entonces el otro no pudo llegar a un problema para un par de cheques en línea, por lo que tuvo que ser ayudado por el primero. Cuando un lugar es este sucio, el check-in y check-out debería ser rápido y suave. No fue. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que hacer. En la habitación: no hay acceso al directorio de hotel en línea: la recepción no entendió realmente el problema y envió un poco de remoto a nosotros, entonces suponía que tal vez un problema de software. (Consejo: en realidad hay dos puertos USB - en la parte trasera de la TV! Están a la altura de llegar, pero se puede hacer, y cargan un teléfono durante la noche).

La ubicación es perfecta... enfrente del hotel hay un servicio de traslado en autobús 190/191 que puede llevarte de n a Munich ost n cerca de marientplatz, el desayuno es IMPRESIONANTE. Realmente nos encanta, a mi marido y a mi hijo les encanta. La habitación está limpia y tiene hervidor de agua caliente. Todo es perfecto y si volvemos a Munich, volveremos a reservar este hotel. Gracias Holiday Inn Express. Mi hijo le ha regalado este Papá Noel de chocolate por parte del personal del hotel.

Situado en el centro, a unos 20 minutos andando de Marienplatz. Amplio aparcamiento por 20 EUR/24 horas. Habitaciones modernas, funcionales y limpias. Lamentablemente por la noche se oía mucho ruido en el pasillo. El desayuno tenía mucha variedad, estaba muy ocupado, pero todo se reponía inmediatamente.

El hotel es muy agradable junto a la estación principal de tren con muchos restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas, etc. Nos quedamos en la habitación 508. El hotel es muy agradable, muy limpio, espacioso, muy amigable personal, minibar gratuito cada día es un buen gesto con buenas opciones de café de té en la habitación, camas muy cómodas, hermosas baños, toallas limpias frescas. Observed mi servicio de hoteles autogestionado es muy eficiente y rápido. La única cosa fue la cama extra que haría mucho ruido si giras en la noche lo suficiente para asustar a todos y despertarlos 😄 De lo contrario creo que he hecho una elección correcta mientras en Munich recomendaré definitivamente a todos los que van ahí y espero Quédate allí la próxima vez que vuelva a visitar.

The hotel has all that you need for comfort as a tourist. You are only a block away from the Munich Hbf so walking to the hotel with luggage was no problem. Proximity to the train station was essential for me since I used Munich as base while taking several train trips. The front desk staff is helpful and made it easy for someone who speaks very poor German. The rooms are sizeable by European standards and very comfortable. Fitness center was acceptable. You are about 4-5 long city blocks away from getting to Neuhauser Street and main shopping district (about another 3 blocks to Marienplatz) so if you mind the walking then maybe not the place for you, but I had no problem with it. Several restaurants within close walking distance (albeit not fine dining) and an Aldi's next door. One one hand nice to see a very diverse area in the immediate neighborhood, but also some sketch figures, but encountered no real problems (albeit a few odd visuals that I will not share). The breakfast was very good and I generally at eenough that lunch was not even a need or a consideration. Overall, well worth it.

We were there for Pride weekend and while the location, parking, and our room was perfect for our trip, the customer service was not. Even though there was a room service menu, there was no room service. When my spouse went to ask, since no one was answering the phone, the reception lady carried on a whole 10 minute conversation before addressing my wife. Conversation, not helping a customer. Afterward she dismissively said there’s only pizza and wings and you have to order from the bar or for delivery. This was not the only dismissive encounter. Would we book again? Only in an emergency as the amenities are not as advertised and the customer service. Otherwise we did like our room and the location.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación. Está justo enfrente de la estación de ferrocarril central. La habitación es limpia. El desayuno es excelente. La miel en el hotel es una de las mejores mieles que he tenido antes.

Es un Sofitel top top. Esta 2 minutos de la estación central, donde los alrededores siempre en las grandes ciudades son un poco sucios y complicados. Pero dentro el hotel es excelente y perfecto. Las habitaciones impecables, buenas almohadas y genial cama, con todo tipo de detalles. El baño pequeño pero la ducha genial. El desayuno muy bueno, y el restaurante genial. La hamburguesa del bar, es de las mejores que he comido en mi vida. El hotel es tranquilo, con una limpieza exquisita, y no se oye ningún ruido de la calle. Muy buena atención. Espectacular hotel! 100% recomendable.

El hotel es cómodo. Los departamentos son pequeños pero confortables, con una habitación serpada. El recepcionista Jesús es una persona sumamente amable que nos aconsejó con lugares para recorrer. Fuimos muy bien atendidos. La ubicación es relativamente cómoda a una cuadra de la estación de trenes y relativamente cerca dle centro histórico.

This hotel is very new and visually appealing. The front desk team is quite fabulous and friendly. I think the entire team, including the M Club lounge team and bar team honestly made this property memorable. They did a great job hiring fabulous people. I was hesitant to book here from previous reviews but am somewhat glad I did. There’s two grocery stores nearby, the bar has decent food and the club lounge actually has very decent wine selections plus champagne during brunch. I never ate dinner at the club lounge though. Proximity to downtown and tourist attractions was decent. My biggest complaint is regarding their AC. Our room’s AC wasn’t very efficient. I phoned down asking for some fans, but was advised they didn’t have any. They sent an engineer up who verified the AC was working properly. I assumed they simply didn’t have strong AC in the rooms. We slept uncomfortable every night. When we actually visited our friends’ rooms, their AC was much stronger. I requested a room change but was advised they were fully committed due to Adele, which is why we were in town. I believe they should have adequate AC in every room or have fans as a back up. The club lounge also was severely understaffed every evening. There was one night where we went up for drinks around 9pm. It was crowded with only one server working. It was clear he was working as efficiently as he could, but there were simply too many people in the lounge for him. After going out to nearby bar, we returned around 1:30am to the lounge to grab some waters. The gentleman was still working diligently trying to set up the lounge for breakfast. Overall, stunning property aesthetically. Great team for the few people they do have. They honestly just need to hire more people for every department.
