晚機抵達München, 再乘火車到Orleanspl, 下車到酒店都接近十點。 經過一輪時間，前台終於比到房間我們，入房見到廁所漏水的，我無理會這個問題，放低行李就岀去食晚飯。 吃飽回到酒店，感覺房間好焗，就只有暖氣沒有冷氣，還覺得有點熱。如事者過了一晚。
翌日早上我需要買衛生巾就去了附近超市，順便買了些德國腸當手信，回酒店想放食物入雪櫃但雪櫃完全不凍，只好打給前台請他們派人來看。
等了一段時間終於有人來了，技師最後說弄不好，他會叫前台幫我們換房。 因為我們趕時間，所以到日落前才回酒店換房。
前台不知道甚麼原因弄不到房卡給我們，只好請他的同事幫我們拍卡開門。 該位同事好像有點不了解情況，開了門就走了，但我們的行李還在舊房間，我們跟他解釋情況後，他跟我們到舊房間，我們順便給他看舊房間廁所漏水問題，漏水情況很嚴重，我們下午岀去後直到日落者沒回過房間，但水已佔了廁所有半；anyway, 最後我們將行李拉到新房間後，又要下去到前台拿新房卡，弄了好一回兒。
翌日，我們check-out，職員說「You change a room for one night?」當初技師跟你們說換房你們都是OK才給我們換的呢！ 就是這句說話令我覺得這家酒店可以不用再來。

This was the best stay I've ever had in a hotel. Hands down. The staff was accommodating and understanding. The room was clean and exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient for transportation, with the electric train and the underground located right outside. The breakfast was fantastic. The room service food was very good. The cleaning service for the room always knocked it out of the park. The entertainment options in the room were convenient.
All-in-all, my family of 4 (two young children) had a wonderful time, and we'd be quick to come back to Munich, if for nothing more, coming to this hotel once again.

We had a pleasant stay. It was quiet and the service was efficient when we called and needed extra towels. The breakfast is wonderful.

Check in delayed by an hour, we were checked in at 4 pm. People who came in much later were checked in before us, only to realise that you need to keep visiting the front desk else they may just have forgotten that you were in the line! No apologies, no compensation for delayed check in. I am marriott gold elite member - no upgrade was offered though it was promised, nor any compensation for delayed check in. Well, hordes of airline crew keep walking in and continue occupying the rooms while the paying guests wait. Room service - non existent. Buffett breakfast - avoidable. Location - decent.

We enjoyed staying here. It was right on the tram line and an easy walk to the main bus station and subway access. It was safe and the people were all very nice. We will stay here again!

It’s not for family seems too busy no time for customers , the food missing many ingredients, managers are rude and unprofessional, they managing 2 hotels under one desk with two people unorganized and unprofessional! Very sad will not go back
