Well located near to public transportation in the south of Munich

We had a really nice stay at this Hotel. Everything was clean the people polite and there was a parking lot directly at the hotel parking garage.
The location is central and you can go to a supermarket or bakery in 5 min.
Good Hotel for this price.

Room is quite small. Price very affordable but probably due to far distance from any train station.

The room is spacious, clean, quiet and stylish. Bus stops and trains stations are very close by. The bed is extremely comfy.
The supermarket is 2-5 mins away and the staff are very friendly.
Would highly recommend this place.

優點：大堂有迎賓水果和當地特色糖果，隨便取用。這個是我這幾天來頭次看到的，就算一千以上的房價的都沒有看到。酒店對面就有公交站，出現比較方便。由於位置較偏，所以人少，很安靜。房間隔音效果好。一樓的餐廳應該是當地比較受歡迎的餐廳，蠻熱鬧的。
缺點：辦理入住時服務態度真的讓人感覺很差，是一個華人或者是華裔女孩。房間衞生品質真的不敢恭維，馬桶蓋後面有黃黃的尿跡，毛巾和枕頭套都乾淨洗的不大乾淨。無論你住幾天，礦泉水和浴帽衹配一，你用完的易耗品後面就不再配了。周圍有工地，側門口就是一個大工地，景觀就不用想了，貌似一時半會也完成不了。房間面積很小，兩張床都挨一起了，裝修風格有點像夜總會的感覺，燈光紅黃藍紫都有，實在消受不起
