I really haven't got a bad word to say about this hotel. The rooms are at the top of a block of flats, so the views across the park are fantastic. Being in the Olympic Park, I assumed the hotel would be dated, but it isn't. Very modern and spotlessly clean. It is also very quite here, and there are plenty of shops and small cafes in the complex. Fantastic buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Our trip from the airport on the S1 was a nightmare, as there was a signal failure, so we had to get a taxi to the hotel. (Apparently this isn't uncommon) A taxi from the airport to the hotel is around 90 Euros. The U3 is a three minute walk from the hotel, and the journey into the city centre is only arond 15 minutes. If I was to visit Munich, I would stay here again.

Really happy with our stay in the Nui Brass, Munich. The hotel very reasonable, the rooms large enough and clean. The staff were very helpful although as the hotel was quite busy it could have done with more staff in the bar/front desk.

AGGIORNAMENTO DELLA RECENSIONE: il Kindle è stato trovato e recapitato a casa in perfette condizioni tramite DHL. FANTASTICI!! ... Hotel molto curato. Al nostro arrivo (camera ”suite” molto ampia assegnataci senza che la richiedessimo) abbiamo trovato ad accoglierci acqua di benvenuto, torta al cioccolato, chocopop e altri generi di conforto :-). A disposizione set di cortesia, accappatoi, ciabattine ecc. Per tre persone (due adulti e un ragazzo) ci hanno assegnato una camera molto ampia, con un letto matrimoniale king size e un divano letto matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia e vasca separate e un secondo bagno con wc e lavabo. Disponibile in camera, gratuitamente, la macchina per caffè in capsule (reintegrate ogni giorno) e il bollitore per il thè (anche qui, bustine nuove fornite quotidianamente). A 5 minuti a piedi si trova la fermata della metropolitana U3 e dall'altro lato della strada l'ingresso nord dell'Olympiapark. Soggiorno perfetto, macchiato solo dal fatto che ho lasciato l'e-reader in camera al momento del checkout e nonostante le ripetute telefonate fatte già a qualche ora dalla partenza, nessuno pare averlo trovato...

Great location for Event at Olympiapark - walking distance. Super friendly staff.Fabulous breakfast variety. Very clean, spacious compared to other options. Will definitely stay again when in Munich or other locations if they have a FLAG hotel. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service already from the booking process, where due to some extra request the director herself took a very good care and went the extra mile! This is not seen these days anymore. Very friendly and well trained staff, lovely new rooms with all you need in it, big TV, personalized welcome with a stylish gift, pleasant rain shower and also great bar and breakfast! All this for very afordable price, I surely recommend this hotel to everybody! THANK YOU

En general es normal. El desayuno es de 11 euros. La comida es la queso de huevos de pan de la leche de la manzana yogurte y las bebidas tienen café de agua de jugo de fruta. La entrada del subterráneo es de 5 minutos a pie. El hotel está situado en el centro de Kaufen, donde se encuentra el centro de Kaufen.

The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.
