No lo pienses mucho, este hotel solo brinda alojamiento, desayuno, baño y otras funciones que debe tener un hotel, que es suficiente. Lo principal es que la ubicación es buena y es muy conveniente caminar a varios lugares importantes. Puedes caminar hasta la Piazza Santa Maria y todo. Además, la entrada del hotel es relativamente pequeña, así que no te la pierdas. Hay otra entrada al hotel. La recepción te llevará allí, que está a diez segundos a pie.

Es muy bueno, pero suficientes problemas para apagar una estrella. Muchas cosas buenas - muy limpias, modernas habitaciones. Grande ducha. Buena iluminación. confortable cama. Fabuloso desayuno, con omeletas para ordenar. Todo tipo de leche que podía imaginar (aunque, extraño, no podíamos encontrar fresca - el que pensamos era UHT!). Grande gimnasio en 14 pisos. Internet rayos rápidos. El personal era amigable y le dio toda la atención cuando estaba con ellos. En el checkout, por ejemplo, sólo dos personas, uno de los cuales estaba en el teléfono ... entonces el otro no pudo llegar a un problema para un par de cheques en línea, por lo que tuvo que ser ayudado por el primero. Cuando un lugar es este sucio, el check-in y check-out debería ser rápido y suave. No fue. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que hacer. En la habitación: no hay acceso al directorio de hotel en línea: la recepción no entendió realmente el problema y envió un poco de remoto a nosotros, entonces suponía que tal vez un problema de software. (Consejo: en realidad hay dos puertos USB - en la parte trasera de la TV! Están a la altura de llegar, pero se puede hacer, y cargan un teléfono durante la noche).

¡El personal del hotel es super amable y servicial! El gimnasio está bien equipado. Estacionamiento disponible, definitivamente una buena opción para los viajeros que conducen. En general, el hotel es demasiado nuevo y se nota que las cosas no están bien preparadas. La ubicación no está cerca de nada, se tarda más de 15 minutos a pie hasta la estación de tren. Muchas renovaciones cercanas. La habitación no está muy limpia, bastante polvorienta.

The receptionist of the evening shift between 19:00 and 19:30 on 1 August 2022 was extremely rude. Not even close to the lowest standards of hospitality. We booked a room in Leto Hotel Moosach that now is B&B Hotel via the booking service, but it was still Leto Motel on the reservation with the same address. First, we came to the desk and the receptionist rejected to check our booking detailes at all, bc in the receipt he saw the logo of the accommodation service, not the B&B and told us that we’re at the wrong place. We checked the map and the online reservation again, and found out that everything was right. We came back to the front desk and asked to check other numbers from the reservation, but it didn’t work. Then we were told in the rude manner, that we’re just wasting his time and there is a row of people as we’re not… and we should go away. After a while we came back and asked to look up the reservation by our surnames, and finally it worked. We also asked him how can we address him, but he said that he wouldn’t tell us, which is weird. The receptionist asked us to pay as there was no information about payment in the computer, however it was already prepaid. We showed him the receipt from the website where the payment is seen with the details and again he rejected any papers from this booking service and insisted on paying or leaving. Fortunately, the service team from the booking service showed great performance and our issue was solved after we contacted them. Suddenly the receptionist approached us at the hall and said that he can check us in. And after he registered us he told that there were no problems with him, it’s a system error and no one’s fault and we were just disturbing him for nothing. But obviously the thing is his attitude towards us from the start. He was not trying to help us at all, but wanted to get rid of us and literally treated like trash, not people. Actually, my bf comes from hospitality management field and has a rich working experience working in the premium chain Lotte Hotel, so he wouldn’t dispute with no significant reason. And I have stayed at B&B not long ago in Budapest and was satisfied with the service. I always knew that it is a nice place for a budget stay with helpful staff. So both of us were completely shocked and disappointed. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by the B&B management because the incompetence of the single team member shouldn’t spoil the reputation of the whole company. And I still believe that what happened is an exception.

La ubicación del hotel está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad en coche, con transporte conveniente. Hay supermercados como DM al lado, lo que hace la vida más cómoda. La habitación aprovechó bien el espacio, la cama era muy cómoda y la recepción nos permitió guardar nuestro equipaje durante todo el día. Muchas gracias.

great staff, very friendly, multilingual! Very clean, I loved the breakfast, fresh fruit, tasty eggs, a lot of different bread. I loved as well the laundry room where I could clean my cloth. I warmly recommend the hotel Bento-Inn Munich. Best price, great rooms, very nice persons within the hotel staff, Recommendable for friends, families and business trips.

Hemos estado 4 días dos adultos y dos niños. Los empleados muy serviciales y nos han ayudado. Las instalaciones disponen de gimnasio, spa, sala de yoga, piscina y se hacen actividades abiertas a todos los huéspedes. Bien comunicado con la estación central y muy cercano a la línea de metro U3. Por poner algún pero, la parte de arriba del apartamento tenía el techo bajo y teníamos que ir un poco agachados. Pero sin duda repetiremos con esta cadena en cualquier otro destino donde tengan apartamentos

I looked at many places (Hilton is usually my go to) but Moxy by Marriott had the best prices and decent reviews. I’m glad I took the chance. It’s definitely a no frills hotel. Don’t expect a sewing kit , coffee maker or toothbrush but the staff is very friendly and eager to help. I didn’t opt for breakfast but they didn’t charge me for the cup of tea either. Room is small but sufficient. No closet space to hang clothes (no iron either) but some hooks and few hangers on the wall. Business travelers may want to know this. I had drinks at the bar and snack food and they were decent. The lobby has plenty of sitting, working, eating space and guests do gather which is nice! Again, I definitely got what I paid for and I don’t mean that in a negative way. I’ve stayed in many 5 star places and left disappointed either with room or service. Here you won’t be disappointed. To get to the city center by taxi it’s about 25 to 30 euros. Train station Riem is about 15 minutes by walking. 3 trains to the airport. Hope this helps!

Hotel moderno y limpio.Solo estuvimos una noche y está a las afueras.Es una excelente opción para viajeros que van a la Messe o para los que viajan en coche porque hay muchas plazas de aparcamiento cubiertas y gratuitas junto al hotel.El personal es muy amable,destacando al empleado colombiano que nos recepcionó en el desayuno.
