Hotel Shadab Palace

Room facilities are so bad, but staff service are so good, window was brake in the room, bed are also not furnished, almost all facilities are poor, i can't be discuss for this room

Could have been given -5 star. Horrible, dangerous, disgusting, rubbish. Words can be given all others like this. God bless them who gave 3/5 ratings. May be they could their friend circle or relationship. Let see Location: dirty place surrounding in a narrow gully. no taxi will drop near hotel gate. Hotel. : Sorry its not hotel, but dormitory cum hotel. Some rooms are only single occupancy with outside toilets which smells very bad 24*7. You will find broken tiles, broken fans, broken lights, broken cupboard with no door, open dustbin and a id phenyl bottles on staircase. Staircase are horrible. Rooms are too small. Fan and AC are like singing and playing music. Lobby is for a single person walk only. You can find big rat in room sometimes if window is left open. You will not provided drinking water without asking.after asking they will give you a tap water in like dirty bottle which is used a lot Aquarium behind reception is with dirty water too. Poor fishes were jumping for breathing. Staff : You will find only your mistake. There is no staff mistake in this hotel. They will talk with you like 'BHAI LOG' Not well trained or professional that how to deal with customer who came from long for betterment. Will talk rudely. They don't know words like sorry-thanks-visit again. Over all don't go with family in this hotel I write what I feel. Thanks
