Amazing big and spacious room! Amazing breakfast with lots of veg options. Stayed one night but would highly recommend and stay again.

It was a great experience. Not heard of this brand, so was not very familiar. But it is a good business hotel with everything you would need.

This is a lovely new Hotel. We’re very friendly helpful staff. It just needs more signs, directing you to your room into the elevators otherwise everywhere looks the same and you tend to get a little bit lost

No o la cab driver know the location of the hotel, worst buffet ever, taste less food. Hotel is charging too much as compared to other hotels like jw marriot. Better option r sahar star, lalit at the same price

Muy recomendable el hotel, buena limpieza y buen clima, también el área de la piscina esta muy bien. También los trabajadores muy atentos, Prakash and Floor manegar mr maichel muy serviciales y muy simpáticos. En el desayuno hay muchas opciones para elegir y en buen horario.

El hotel es fantástico. Nuevo y con un servicio impecable. Cada día tengo la ropa limpia y planchada y la habitación hecha. También el servicio de habitaciones es muy bueno y puedo recomendar el risotto de setas.

It was a good experience. One of the staff members Mr. Rishav was really very kind and helpful. 10 out of 5 for him. The rooms are really good and overall service is really professional. It is worth the price and location is just perfect for air travelers.

Aurika is the upscale brand by Lemon Tree, “We curate extraordinary experiences in a stunning ambience”; the company claims on its website. However, this newly opened 600 - room hotel and convention near the Mumbai airport – comes across as a “glamours” version of its poor cousin Lemon Tree Premium, which is located barely two miles away. *Pros:* Furniture and fabrics: The furniture and bed linen are truly best in the class, gives a very premium feel once you are inside the room. Latest technology: The TV in the room is a good size and you can login to streaming apps. With the good bed linen, it makes for the perfect “Nextflix and chill” experience. Breakfast Buffet: Considering it is a hotel built for crew and conferences as its target audience , the breakfast justifies the premium pricing. *Cons:* The layout: The hotel is built like a maze and has very small and poorly integrated common areas. like the reception is always full of luggage with people from a conference checking in and out. The adjacent “tea lounge” is sometimes not enough to seat the bus loads of people coming in, makes the lobby feel like an airport counter. The décor: In an attempt to be neutral, they have used the most unimaginative colour scheme, and the attempt to prop up the space with some Bollywood themed art flops like a C-grade film. Staffing: The common areas simply do not have enough staff. The “tea lounge”, most of the time is unmanned, including at tea- time in the evening! The swimming pool area does not have people to clean the puddles or even pick up towels. In fact the hotel is so under-staffed, that while I was checking out - the guest service executive suggested the I would have to wait for a long time if I wanted a bellboy to take my bags. So much for claiming to be premium! To conclude, this hotel makes for a good for a stay if you have to attend a conference or meetings in the vicinity, but don’t expect any premium service unless you promise to write a good review of members of staff.
