A pleasant stay at Novotel. Very welcoming staff, polite, friendly and always ready to help. Great location near the metro station. Breakfast is top notch… I highly recommend this place…

Definitely a five stars experience and stay! Will definitely go back if I’m back at Mumbai in the future. Room was good! Comfortable bed. Breakfast was better than good ~ definitely a plus plus point !

Unfortunately this was the worst stay of my asia trip. And it was a complete waste of money! Something was wrong with the ventilation system of my room (827). Everything was wet and moist. The bed sheets were very moist and all my cloth were moist after some hours in the room. Even the walls of the shower stayed wet all day long after showering. That‘s not something you expect when you pay that much. After two days I changed the hotel.

We stayed here during our long one-day transit in Mumbai. The hotel is very close to the airport (just 5-10 minutes away), making it easy to transfer early in the morning. Overall, I was very happy with the stay. In room dining food was tasty. However, check-in took some time as they required us to create an Accor hotel account and download the 'Accor Key' app to generate a digital room key. I believe this process is unnecessary and time-consuming for short-term stays. Additionally, both the hotel and food are more expensive in Mumbai compared to other cities.

The location is good for business, but not others. Wet room and smell of mold are horrible. The corridor was under maintenance, and smelled chemical. Room makings are far from 5stars. I do not recommend this hotel.

2-3x staying.. near to airport, though the road is always with crowded traffic, but it was well managed the best possibly by the security staffs.. checking in a little slow but ok.. Good selections of breakfast.. include Chinese option, which is nice..

The room smelt of damp, especially the sofa and carpet area, staff were kind enough to move us to another room, however, this also smelt really badly of damp, only way to get rid, is by blasting the ac.
