Hoteles con vistas a la montaña en Condado de Sevier

I booked room with pay at the hotel with breakfast ! First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

Wonderful experience. When in the area, I will stay there again.

El hotel está situado en la mitad de la montaña, la experiencia de vistas es buena, el hotel es un diseño de viejo grupo, el ambiente del hall es bueno, puede beber un poco de vino en el minibar por la noche, el hall tiene un piano para un mayor, sentir el ambiente de vacaciones locales, el bar de la habitación puede decir común, pero es limpio. El desayuno y la cena son lugares donde se puede vivir, para tomar café necesita comida para venir.

This is older facility that could use some updates; however location by stream and within walking distance to everything downtown Gatlinburg is excellent. Room was average but needs attention given to room windows, balcony was dirty (windows, chair, floor). Windows in elevator dirty also. Just needs attention to detail.

The hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage. The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them.

El hotel está a poca distancia a pie de la avenida principal de Gatlinburg, lo cual fue genial. No tienen su desayuno continental en este momento. Lo cual fue una de las principales razones por las que reservé el hotel, solo para que me dijeran cuando me registré que no estaban proporcionando eso. Y su piscina también seguía cerrada. El personal fue agradable.

¿La última vez que visitábamos este hotel, la puerta se dejó abierta en la ancha antes de llegar a la habitación? Dado una clave y se dijo que iba a esta habitación y la puerta se abrió y los bugs estaban en todo el lugar dentro? Solicitábamos una habitación diferente, pero temprano podíamos oír al personal y la rodilla con el carro o los carros justo fuera de nuestra puerta, pero no tuvimos un problema la última vez que estuvimos allí, donde nos sorprendíamos tan esta vez?
