Hyatt Place Mt Laurel

Goooooood

一個住過但是沒有留下什麼印象的地方，可能是因為到的比較晚。

衹能説，還可以

Everything was wonderful only complaint was that I couldn’t watch the tv because the remote didn’t work for the tv.

Staff was very friendly, love the room set up..large enough for a family of 3. Sleeping sofa has little privacy for teenager

The room was very very clean and the bed was on the softer side with some type of memory foam topper but was comfortable for those who like a softer bed. No strange smells or over perfumed air freshener used in the rooms so everything was quite neutral and the towels were definitely fresh and clean. Air conditioning unit worked very well and kept the room nice and chilly. No moldy smell coming out of the one I had so I'm assuming it's either new or well-maintained. Stayed on the sixth floor and it was very quiet. I would recommend this place again. There is room for improvement. They need to extend offering coffee and tea at least through 12 noon for those folks who don't eat breakfast or wanted to stay in a little bit longer than the breakfast hours ending at 9 AM. Additionally the improvement in the room could be that the coffee machines they leave in there could be clean thoroughly. They are not maintained and I would not have used them. Overall VERY good place to stay when you compare the reviews to others in the area. Definitely clean & maintained. You can tell the staff care and they are attentive. I would definitely stay here again!

The bed could have been cleaner. I pulled back the sheets to check for bugs and found crumbs and hair. The couch also has food crumbs. The breakfast was awful. Cold eggs and day old waffles.

Convenient parking. Clean pool. Breakfast was great and had wonderful kid friendly options. Close to DiggerLand and lots of restaurants. The room was clean. Staff were very friendly!

My husband and I loved our stay at Hyatt Place. The minute we walked in we felt welcomed by the staff. Room was clean and spacious. My husband loved the living room area, where he was able to sit and watch the t.v. while I was in the bedroom area checking up on my texts. He wants to return to Hyatt place and stay a couple of days longer, because we only had an overnight stay. Let's not forget the breakfast, which was delicious and we had a lot of options. Thank you Hyatt Place of Mount Laurel we will be back.
