The Grand Lodge is just ok. Parking and traffic is a mess, and the hallways are dirty and unsecured; the doors from the stairwells and parking lot are always open for just anyone to come through. The walls are paper thin, so you constantly hear everyone all around you doing even the smallest things, especially barking and yappy dogs. Our toilet kept having problems flushing and the tub didn’t drain well, and the maintenance guy who fixed it was nice. Overall, not a great stay, we will not be back.

We stayed with our family of 5. The hotel was 4 minutes from the ski lifts with young children! You can’t ask for a better location! Pool & hot tub were both clean & not too overcrowded!
Remember to pack food! You have a small kitchenette that can cook most any meals. Dining on the weekend was hard. We did not think to make reservations and there was hours wait for some places.
Parking was easy and convenient. The ski valet is very nice! We would stay here again.

Microwave light did not work. Fridge froze mostly everything even at lowest setting. Bath faucet handle broke and would not shut off. Tvs not smart, no dvd player, available channels really limited to mostly news channels. Only two chairs for table. A broken rim on one glass. Coffee maker was terrible and no toaster. Otherwise hotel amenities were great

The lodge was very nice and the desk workers very friendly. The location is great. For such a nice place it was surprising how lousy the blankets were. Also , while we were there the TV only received 4 channels. CBS, ABC, FOX and PBS.

Our room was nice, until we got really loud neighbors, who started talking very loud early in the morning. The lady was basically yelling at the person in the room with her. When I told the front desk, they told us to ask them to be quiet. I would not confront them. Our tv only had a couple stations because there was snow on the dish. It was never fixed the whole time we were there. I wasn’t told about the extra charges, like cleaning fee, parking etc. because I reserved with a third party, *******.

We love staying at this property! This is the second time staying but first time skiing here. It was very easy to walk to the lift from the hotel. Our kids love the hot tub and pool. The property is pet friendly which is nice although we didn’t bring the dogs this time. We will stay here again

Good location. Nice pool. Room size / space was good. Furniture was older and worn. Nice, clean bathroom / shower. Good for the price, but definitely nicer / newer places to be found.
