Hôtel Igloo

We enjoyed the stay enormously. The reception was very welcome, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Fantastic location in between the 2 main lifts to Avoriaz and the Plenny, Near lots of central pubs and restaurants. Added benefits of boot room, sauna and steam room as well as some where to change and shower for afternoon transfer. Always looked after fantastically by the team there.

Just back from a super week at this hotel. Can only repeat the positives from previous reviews - great location and so central for everything ( slopes/lifts/shops/bars and restaurants). I booked direct with the hotel and first class communications throughout. Also booked own flights and transfers and probably saved about £700 each for the two of us for the same week that Crystal Ski advertised with the bonus of having Sunday transfers when roads were quieter. Hotel also sell lift passes , again at a big saving from buying elsewhere - adult price at ticket office 366e, internet 345e, Hotel 311 e and if you're daft enough to use Crystal at £300 (346e). Similar savings on senior passes. Only extra to pay is 2.5e for the card. As to the hotel itself, super spotlessly clean room with loads of space, towels changed when you needed, tea/coffee in room, free safe, super wi-fi, comfortable beds. Modern and tastefully decorated. Very warm shower. Great wholesome breakfasts. Didn't use the available kitchen facilities to cook dinner preferring to go out every night, but where have you seen that before at other hotels. Great sauna and steam room - free. Spacious and secure ski/boot room. First time in Morzine and will definitely return to this hotel.
