"DEPLORABLE!!!! Made reservations in December 2024 for three rooms for three nights each for late January 2025. Told that we had any choice of all rooms for the weekend. Following a four hour drive it turns out that the booking had not been entered properly. One of the rooms (14) absolutely stunk of damp/urine, they had excessively sprayed room spray but did not mask the smell. Not offered an apology, not offered any discount, man on reception was hostile and extremely aggressive. Plenty of better places in Morwell but your choice, just be aware."

"I Stay here every time I'm in Morwell for work, Rooms are great, Breakfast and coffee bar are fantastic with snacks and fruit to eat at will . Bed Comfy and good pillows, Rob and Katie are the perfect hosts and my partner loves Farnham the cat, Will not stay anywhere else"

"It was a comfortable stay but we were upstairs in the King room and copped a draft all night because the door has a big gap. The shower head doesn't adjust so it's difficult to wash your hair, it was extremely frustrating. Also, nowhere to put the soap. The owners are quiet and respectful. Personally, the stairs up to the room were a physical pain, so if you stay there and have a problem climbing stairs, ask for a ground floor room."
