Nice hotel with friendly staff

시설이나 방 상태 등 머물기 좋았습니다. 출장 시 이용하였는데 가족 혹은 친구들과 이용하기도 좋을 듯 합니다. 다시 온다면 재방문하도록 하겠습니다.

Habitación amplia y limpia. Cumplió las expectativas para pasar una noche.

Un hotel encantador y cuidadoso de los detalles. Personal dispuesto y muy amable. El problema es que las camas adicionales son hechas de un material que hace que se sientan cada uno de los cuadrados de alambre que la componen. No es adecuada para un adolescente Me ofrecieron mantas para amortiguar pero realmente fue una noche muy incómoda. La habitación es adecuada para 4 personas .Siendo 5 uno va al catre y no es siquiera aceptable . El desayuno es bueno, la ubicación también. No me gustó que no quede nadie después de las 22hs.Volveria a elegirlo si viajara en familia de no más de 4 personas o mejoraran la calidad de las rolloway beds.

El hotel es muy cómodo, de fácil acceso, corredores amplios y buena decoración desayuno agradable.

easy to the beach, and good room conditions, but the service lady at the breakfast place was rude, we asked her how to use the waffle machine, but she said we were stupid, it was terrible for the vacation.

This is a good quality hotel with nice rooms, nice amenities, good upkeep, personable staff, better than average breakfast, excellent location. I have stayed here before and hope to do so again.

We have always enjoyed coming to La Serena when we visit Morro Bay. I do want to give a shout out the the awesome woman who makes the wonderful muffins for the complimentary breakfast! Love her! Everyone is friendly and the room is very nice.

Definitely not what it use to be. Carpet in our room had 2 large stains. Carpet was run down but it if had been clean it would have been more acceptable. Other than that it was ok.

La Serena is one of my favorite places to stay. The hotel has been completely refurbished. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. This particular stay there were a couple of times I felt like I was bothering them. It must of been an off day.

We did have a great experience on this hotel. No issues in all aspects. Fast and easy check in too. Close to the beach and Morro Rock. Just few steps you will have this beautiful tree with a good view for golden hour. We will be back.

Hotel was great , but should have a better breakfast option. only hard boiled eggs no omelettes. Coffee was great. Just wish had a little better selection.

They assigned me a room with a non/functional heating/ AC system. The receptionist suggested plugging it back in, since previous guests had probably unplugged it. No result. When I went back again, the receptionist found an open repair order for the unit in my room. So, the hotel had assigned me that room with prior knowledge that the unit was out of order. I find that inexcusable!
