No Information was given about the lodge or breakfast until I asked, and we were not even accompanied to our room. The condition of the room was disappointing. The shower and floors were dirty to the point where you could not shower without wearing flip flops. Housekeeping was also below standard. During our 2-night stay, the room was not properly cleaned, the bins were not emptied, dishes were not washed properly and both the bathroom and floors remained dirty. Only the beds were made. This was a very disappointing experience."

Conducir desde la puerta la recepción es 6KM. Inspeccionar fue rápido. Incluso tuvimos bebidas bienvenidas. El desayuno estaba bien con no tanto selección, comenzando de 8 a 9:30am. Sin embargo, la cena fue buena, encuentro que se apresuró, comenzando de 7 a 8:30pm. Teníamos la mitad de la mesa, incluyendo desayuno de cama y cena. Ellos tienen una opción completa barco. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Muy amigable personal. Decoraron la cama de mi hijo para su celebración de cumpleaños. También decoraron nuestra cama para nuestro aniversario. Hemos hecho 3 horas de la mañana de carrera de juego. Vimos el león y la girafa. Lo recomendaría y definitivamente volveré."

"We had a brilliant time. We were treated like royalty the entire time. On arrival you with greeted with cold towel and juice. We checked in at 3:30pm and were able to do our first safari drive at 4:30 so we’re delighted. The welcome staff member shows you around the lodge and to your room which is a nice touch. The room was luxurious. Some reviews question this, I would say to remind yourself you are in South Africa. Their version of luxury is different to western modern luxury. The room was clean and had so much African charm. The shower featured a stone fall which was weird but we grew to love it. Feels like you are outside. The pool area was nice. Staff are very friendly and charming. There are 2 Safari drives included during your stay. 5:30am and 4:30pm. We were introduced to our guide and tracker on our first ride out. Ours were Charlie and James. You ride out with the same team and same guests every time which we loved because you build a relationship with the guides and guests. We made friends with the other guests making it a lovely experience. They have a 2 car only policy when looking at animals. If there are other cars wanting to look they have to wait. It seems they care about their wild animals and give them space. This is probably why we saw them all. We saw all of the big 5 twice in 4 days. Our daily schedule was like this, Woken up 5am Coffee at 5:15am Safari start 5:30am Back for breakfast 9am 10am - 13:30 you have to yourself. We went to the pool. Some guests slept we think. 13:30 lunch 14:30 we showered and got ready for evening Safari 15:30meet for safari. 16:00 Safari ride out. 19:30 dinner 20:30 drinks with out other guests in our car. 22:00 bed. We were knackered We had a fabulous time and didn’t want to go home. Thank you to all the team."

All of the staff were excellent and very friendly ! We did a couple of days in Kruger with Ateest and James ! Both days were amazing ! Would highly recommend and also recommend booking with either of these guys ! Both superb! The sunset drive is lovely with a glass of wine ! The morning game drive is a at a lovely local big game reserve which is close by if you didn’t want to go too far! We had a massage in the spa which was great too ! A special mention to the chefs ! We ate absolutely everything and was delicious ! Every night the food was 10/10 ! Cannot fault this place, would defiantly recommend"
