Colom Hotel es muy bueno, la habitación es grande, es conveniente para ir a cualquier parte del centro de la ciudad y muy cerca de China Town. El servicio del hotel es muy bueno. Varias señoras están muy dispuestas a ayudar. El estacionamiento está en una calle detrás del hotel y las instrucciones son muy claras. Vuelve la próxima vez.

En el lado negativo, en primer lugar porque eso es lo que estás aquí para...La habitación doble era un poco pequeña pero muy buena para un viajero solo como yo. Booking's efficient since you receive the code for the main door,and your room. ahead of arrival. The reception while on duty doesn't want to do much. We buzzed to enter during reception hours,and they asked if we had our code/does our code not work.We couldn't locate the reception to ask for a continental breakfast item,or toiletries during their available hours.While doing the latter, we met the owners who are really nice people.The boutique hotel does need work as it looks dilapidated in parts of the common area,while the room we had looked tired. wifi,no issue here as an extender was in the hall of our second floor. The bathroom had what appeared to be a blood smear at the exterior tub edge wall. Room blinds are sheer,with an uncovered upper window.With a west side room, this won't matter as much to someone who isn't easily awoken by light. The elevator works which is good when you have luggage beyond a backpack. Parking, the location needs to specify there's ONLY 4 spots,unless one can somehow drive on the sidewalk to park a sub compact closer to the left of the stairs when facing the building to get a fifth spot. A motorcycle will have no issue if a spot's available. Overnight,due to the location,it was peaceful.For the price,this isn't a first choice,but we booked last minute.

Esta es la segunda vez que me alojo en este hotel. Mi primera experiencia fue fantástica, con una excelente ubicación y muy conveniente, rodeada de restaurantes y tiendas, una estación de metro cercana, a poca distancia del hospital. La habitación ”parece” limpia y ordenada a primera vista. Dejando a un lado todas las cosas buenas, la segunda estancia fue la noche más horrible en la que me he alojado en un hotel. ¡¡¡¡CHINCHES!!!! Increíbles chinches literalmente se arrastraban sobre mi cama. En medio de la noche, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y no podíamos dormir por miedo a ser mordidos. Muy recomendable si no las chinches.

Comenzaré esta revisión diciendo algo agradable: este es un hotel inexpensable. Si el precio es su única preocupación, no lea más. He estado en este hotel dos veces antes. Es más de un dormitorio o albergue glorificado que cualquier otra cosa. Y eso fue OK en el pasado. En esta visita, parecía que la dirección acababa de dejar de prestar atención. La cadena en el baño se rompió. El techo en las salas es sucio y fiable. Los ciegos en nuestra habitación estaban preguntados (ver foto). DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! I had a horrible experience when I recently stayed there. One of my suitcases was stolen in my hotel room and I didn’t receive any compensations from the hotel. The customer service was absolutely horrible!!! I stayed at Lelux hotel for five days for vacation. One the second day, I left my hotel room at 10:00am, came back at 4:30pm and found out that my room door was slightly open (I double checked that the door was closed when I left in the morning) and one of my suitcases was missing. I also found a guest swipe card (not mine and I don’t know whose card it was) on the floor so someone must go in the room and steal my suitcase between 10:00 am and 4:30pm. I spoke with the hotel manager right away and she said that she would check the cameras and let me know. It took her and her staffs the entire evening and another day to go through all the cameras and the reception staffs told me that they couldn’t see who stolen my suitcase. Really????? The problem is that they only checked the camera for the front entrance, refused to check camera for the second floor where my room was located. I kept telling them that they need to check the camera for the hallway on the second floor. However, they refused to do so. One of the guys who work at the front desk was so rude. I can’t believe that he repeatedly asked me whether I brought the suitcase into my room. Of course I did!!!! I put stuffs in the suitcase in that morning. I can’t believe that he thought that I was lying. The manager is even worse. She didn’t want to take any responsibilities and kept telling me that she would keep going through the cameras and let me know the result. She never called me back. Instead, I had to follow up with her every day. On the third day, I asked her whether she would offer me any compensations. She said that “No. Because I couldn’t ensure whether you left your door open when you left the room or you let someone in the room……” Come on, what kind of customer service is this?!! I told her that I will post a negative review on the booking website and she said that “Of course, you will” and finally asked me what kind of compensations did I want. I said that I wanted the refund from the hotel. She said that she would check with her boss and let me know later in the afternoon. Again, she never called me back. Instead, I went to see her at 4:30pm, but she already left the hotel so I asked the reception staff to call her. She told the reception staff to tell me that I can check out now and receive the refund for remaining days. I told them that I’m not satisfied with the solution because that is not the compensation. The reception staff said that his manager told him that this was the final decision. I asked the reception staff to give me his manager’s phone number and his manager’s boss’ phone number as I want to speak to them directly. He said that he couldn’t provide the phone number to me as their phone numbers can not be shared with customer

Un barrio seguro, caminable a pie a Latin Quarter, Old Montreal, Chinatown, Saint Denis Street Restaurants, Mount Royale Park. Estaría aquí otra vez, pero también muchos pequeños hoteles bonitos alrededor. La habitación es muy buena, pero no se puede encontrar en el hotel. El hotel está equipado 24 horas; la tarjeta clave abre la puerta del hotel a la noche para la seguridad. Necesito ir al hotel a una entrada separada para el desayuno, pero el restaurante tailandés aparentemente ha hecho allí y entregable a la habitación para cenar.
